Thanks the the Equal Treatment Benchbook Judges & courts are saying "her testicles"

This man undertook *self-harm* to remove his testicles and the professionals around him (discussing whether this person is pathologically delusional or just a sadistic murderer) must say "she"
Even when talking about acts in the past.

They change history.
In a legal judgment.
About a murder.

"She was sentenced to Imprisonment for Life" .... no "She" wasn't - at the time this person was "He".

Can you imagine how the victim's family feel?
This doctor lives in reality world.

But the judgment doctors changes his expert report

.... the psychiatrist has interviewed this person and calls them him.

The judgment changes it to h[er]
Only here do they give up on this practice

"He is a man who has had preoccupying fantasies since his teens"

"He is a profoundly unreliable narrator"

Yet the court colludes in reporting that the first murder was committed by a *teenage girl*
Here are the judgments:

Application for judicial review as to why the murderer with a pedophile hunting obsession is not housed in the vulnerable prisoner wing

The BBC publishing about the coercion and rape of lesbians by trans identifying men is such a big deal

This is something Stonewall really doesn't want anyone to talk about

Allison Bailey @BluskyeAllison tweeted about the "cotton ceiling" in 2019
Stonewall wrote to her workplace called this "targeting someone who works for us and calling her a man" and demanding they do something about Allison

Garden court investigated and upheld this complaint
One of the most obvious places where sex matters is when someone wants to have sex with you.

Lying about yr sex in this situation is an offence called "sex by deception".

Stonewall want the law changed - they say the "privacy" of the trans person overrules consent of others

Oxfam used to have a women's rights program that understood that women are adult human females....
And which understood that women's economic and personal empowerment goes hand in hand with political and social organising and protection in law
It's new policy has thrown all that away

We are back.
Naomi - The questions before you are
1) Is the Judicial College a public authority under FOIA
2) Does it hold the information for its own purposes
or
3) If it is the MOJ does it hold the information for its own purposes
Why it matters - your question - if a training director could dream up a course that could create a steady stream of work for a friend.

If it was treated solely as a matter for the judiciary, then without transparency there would be no way to check that sort of abuse.
This appellant's own story is powerfully important for why the Judicial College should be subject to FOI.

Ms Forstater worked for a think tank as a contractor on tax policy. Around the time the govt was consulting on the GRA 2004. Ms Forstater became engaged in that debate
