9) Speaking of Housing Twitter idols, Senator @Scott_Wiener, @DavidChiu, Mayor @LondonBreed, and Assemblymember @QuirkSilva65th will be among those toasting all the YIMBY movement has accomplished - and the hard work ahead!

8) It's literally the only place right now where you can purchase a NIMBY Tears mug. We'll probably have them online at some point, but if you want to be sure you can get your mother a slightly passive aggressive Christmas present in time, grab your ticket now!
