When I was incarcerated 3 months in 2004 for passing one joint in Saskatoon, I read a book about horrific Canadian government sponsored experiments & actions on Canadian citizens by Canadian police, government and officials. It was called NOT IN CANADA, YOU SAY by Walter Stewart. 
Walter Stewart was no fringe journalist, but one of Canada’s most prominent writers/journalists in the last century. The book is shocking describing what awful actions 🇨🇦 gov did to indigenous, immigrant,white, black, ordinary citizens for decades, many forced medical experiments
