Everyone has blind spots.

Areas where flawed thinking leads to mistakes.

10 MISTAKES you didn't know you were making (and how to rethink them):
1. Making Age a Factor

Age has little to do with what you are capable of. You're never too young or too old to go after what you want.

What matters is focus, drive, and the capacity to learn and iterate at speed.

Be ageless. Act from within.
2. Doubting Things Will Work

Things always work. If... you put in the work.

When they're not working, it means you haven't done 'the work.'

Dig deeper. Bring your passion and excitement to the process. Commit completely.

The results are waiting, for you to show up.
3. Getting Caught in the Comparison Trap

Comparison might work for a minute. But long term, it's a killer.

Forget about others. Your growth path is unique.

The only person you should compare yourself with is YOU.

Aim for personal best.
4. Doing Too Much or Too Little

A vital skill is knowing what to do, how much, and when.

Run your actions through a filter:

What actually matters here?

What will have the most positive impact?

How can I bring real value?

Only do what passes the test.
5. Not Understanding the Power of Energy

The real differentiator among people is not education, culture, income-bracket or any of the usual ways we divide humanity.

It is: Energy. Frequency. Wavelength.

Match your energy with your goals. Become your aspirational self.
6. Avoiding the Inner Work

Since childhood you've been taught: what to do, what to believe, what is right, what is wrong. And more.

But you have not been taught to understand WHO you are.

Invest in getting to know yourself. Do the inner work. It will pay huge dividends.
7. Mistaking Action for Momentum

Action can be seductive. Look at all the stuff I'm doing!

But to be effective, action must be balanced by inaction.

Stillness leads to clarity.

Clarity births incisive action.

Incisive action builds momentum.
8. Not Valuing Play

Play is a most powerful teacher.

When you are playing you are being your truest self.

Play connects you with what is meaningful. Reveals your talents. And builds the strongest bonds of friendship.

Reconnect with your 5 year old self and play more.
9. Thinking You HAVE the Answer

There is nothing truer than 'You don't know what you don't know.'

Never assume you know. Especially when it comes to others. Be curious. Stay open. Keep learning and seeking deeper understanding.

There are universes waiting to be discovered.
10. Thinking You DON'T Have the Answer

What? You just said the opposite!

You know more than you think.

Your journey, long or short, has taught you many things.

The real value you bring to the world is your unique perspective and understanding.

Figure it out. Monetize it.
Being your best self requires constant and consistent awareness and work.

But the returns are limitless.

12 Personal Growth SECRETS I learned as a life coach to Hollywood's Stars:
1/ Take Responsibility for Everything in Your Life

When you blame others, argue for your limitations, or make excuses, you give your power away.

Take ownership of every event in your life. And take your power back. The power to change - all of it!
2/ Master Your Energy

Your energy exerts a powerful magnetic force.

What you put out, boomerangs.

The more you learn to manage your energy, the more easily you can intentionally create whatever you want.

Success, big or small, is never overnight. It emerges from micro choices, consistently made.

The key is your everyday routine.

20 essential components of a day that unlocks a life of limitless success:
1/ Catch the Sunrise

Rise early and get outside to keep your circadian rhythm in sync.

Sunlight aligns this 24 hour body clock that impacts virtually all systems of the body. Hormone production, digestion, sleep and more.

Get early morning sunlight and start your day right.
2/ Take the First Hour for Yourself

I spent many years as a life coach in Hollywood.

Contrary to popular belief, beauty and talent are not required for success. What makes a film, TV, or pop star is almost 100% mindset.

10 MINDSET tweaks that can make you a star in your field:
1/ Stop Judging and Get Moving

Being hyper-critical will keep you on the sidelines. Afraid, of making mistakes, or looking foolish.

Be more accepting of human flaws and imperfections. Starting with your own. You will find it easier to tackle your goals.
2/ Start From Wherever You Are

Don't wait for some perfect, future time or place. It will never arrive.

Whoever you are right now, wherever you are in your life, is enough.

Stop postponing, and take action. Today.

20 Ted Lasso maxims (Lassoims?) that will destroy self doubt, eliminate negativity, flush out cynicism, delete inhumanity, and bring joy and delight to your heart & soul.

(minor spoilers possible)

A thread:
1/ BELIEVE

"I believe in believe." @TedLasso

Everything starts with believing. In yourself. In a new idea. In a changing path. In the possibility that the dream inside of you can become a reality.
2/ BE YOURSELF, FULLY!

@TheJamieTartt : “Coach, I’m me. Why would I want to be anything else?”

@tedlasso: “I’m not sure you realize how psychologically healthy that actually is.
