Yes! Shame never creates anything but more wounding. And I think many often project their own shame onto others. That's why when you know, love and live your authentic life you really stop carrying about getting offended at anything, even if you think something is wrong.

2. Its not that you don't care, simply that you know mere mockery or complaining is just mental masturbation, solving nothing. Instead you turn up the light of your own light house even brighter to drown out the darkness, rather than fighting it with more darkness.

3. This is something a lot of the spiritual world is lacking on. Sure, memes are great and all but its so easy to just get caught in a spiral of complaining, forgetting what we can offer in the positive. Though that requires being able to shape ourselves around the problem.

4. And people don't want to do that because it makes them face the part of their own self reflected in the thing they are shaming or complaining about. I find this to be particularly true with sexual shaming.

5. No doubt our world can be pretty fucked when it comes to its sexual issues, but its so easy to jump on the band wagon of sexual shaming, yet no one ever offers any ideas or concepts of their own because they dare not dive deep into the sexual part of themselves.

6. So instead everyone complains about sexual issues, but do jack shit about it. Its all bark and no bite. This only compounds real sexual issues because there becomes no positive light to migrate to and those still in the shadows only get shamed. So what's the point?

7. Clearly I'm passionate about, and can get a tad triggered myself over the sexual issues topic. Its just frustrating sometimes, because I feel like the spiritual world is spiritually spinning its wheels causing a lot of heat but no movement, and people are just burning out.

8. This is why if we are to heal anything, particularly sexuality, we have to really do our own inner work, healing and acceptance, than I bet half of the sexual issues one sees in the world will disappear because they were internal issues of shame projected, not outer issues.

9. We can than offer our own solutions for the genuine issues that remain, instead of just shouting into the sky hoping something will change. The shouting and virtue singling approach is no better than cancel culture, and we see how well that has worked!
