Bagh Gufa or Bagh Caves are a group of 9 rock-cut monuments, situated among the southern slopes of the Vindhyas in Bagh town of Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh. Renowned for mural paintings by master painters of ancient Bharat.
The use of the word Gufa or Cave is a bit of a misnomer for these monuments, since these are not natural, but instead excellent examples of Sanatani Rock-Cut Architecture similar to the more famous Ajanta and Ellora Cave Complex.
This site posseses the most amazing paintings known to be made by ancient man.The sophisticated style of art that is seen in the paintings of Ajanta is also found in the surviving wall paintings and in fragments of murals in many parts of India.
The cave painting technique used here was tempera. To smoothen the rocky canvas, the surface was first prepared with a gritty, reddish-brown mud plaster made of ferruginous earth, gravel, lime, and jute or hemp fibre.
Over this,a second coat of 1 mm thick rough earth plaster was made&a primer of silica& lime applied.On this prepared surface,Buddhist-themed art was painted using pigments from earthen or mineral sources,while organic vegetable gum was used as a binding medium

Ramanathaswamy Temple (Rameshwaram Temple) is one of the most sacred Hindu temples, located on Rameswaram Island in Tamil Nadu, India.

Dedicated to God Shiva, the Temple is considered one of the Twelve Jyotirlingas.

Prabhu Sri Ram worshipped Bhagwan Shiv here after defeating Ravana in Lanka and installed the sacred Shiva Lingam.

Rameshwaram is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites of Hindus, the other being Badrinath, Dwarkanath, Jagannath.
Rameswaram Temple Tirthas are the holy wells situated inside the Rameswaram Temple in Tamilnadu, India. There are sixty-four Tīrthas (holy water bodies) in and around the island of Rameswaram.

According to Skanda Purana, 24 Tirthas in Rameswaram are important and taking snan (bathing) in them are considered equivalent to penance. Twenty-Two Teerthams are inside Ramanathaswamy Temple.

The number twenty-two denotes the twenty-two arrows in the quiver of Prabhu Sri Ram. The first and the most important theertham is called as Agni Theertham, which is the serene shallow water of the Bay of Bengal, close to the Ramanathaswamy temple.Image

यह आलेख उन सभी के लिए है जो मंत्र की शक्ति तो जानते हैं पर जप विधि में ध्यान नहीं दे पाते। मंत्र को कैसे सिद्ध करें और उसका पूर्ण लाभ उठाने के लिए ध्यान से पढ़ें।

⚜️1. मंत्र जप के लिए बैठने का आसन : मंत्र को सिद्ध करने के लिए और उसका पूर्ण लाभ उठाने के लिए सबसे पहले सही आसन का चुनाव करें। हमारे ऋषि मुनि सिद्धासन का प्रयोग किया करते थे। इसके अलावा पद्मासन , सुखासन , वीरासन या वज्रासन भी काम में लिया जा सकता है।
⚜️2. समय का चुनाव : मंत्र साधना के लिए आप सही समय चुने। जब आप आलस्य से दूर और वातावरण शांत हो। इसके लिए ब्रह्म मुहूर्त अर्थात् सूर्योदय से पूर्व का समय उपयुक्त है। संध्या के समय पूजा आरती के बाद भी जप का समय सही माना गया है।

⚜️3. एकाग्रचित ध्यान : मंत्र जप करते समय आपका ध्यान और मन एकाग्रचित होना चाहिए। आपको बिल्कुल भी बाहरी दुनिया में ध्यान नही देना चाहिए। मन दूसरी बातो में ना लगे। जिस देवता का आप मंत्र उच्चारण कर रहे हैं बस उनके रूप का ध्यान करते रहें।

2. घर में आप गुग्गूल की धुप जलाकर किसी भी मन्त्र का जप करते हुये पुरे घर में घुमाये, ये भी नकारात्मक ऊर्जा को घर से बाहर करने का उत्तम उपाय है।

श्रीमद्भागवत महापुराण, स्कंध 3, अध्याय 13, श्लोक 31

> यद्यद्वपुः कल्पयते भुवो भरा-
आवेष्टनायाखिलसत्त्वधारिणः।
तदेव रूपं प्रतिपद्यते हरिः
प्रजोपकर्माय सतां समीदितः॥

भावार्थ:

भगवान विष्णु जब भी पृथ्वी से पाप का भार उतारने आते हैं, तब वे अपने उद्देश्य के अनुसार ही शरीर धारण करते हैं। वराह रूप में उन्होंने पृथ्वी को समुद्र से उठाने के लिए विराट स्वरूप धारण किया।Image
श्रीमद्भागवत 3.13.33:

> यदा जलौघेऽवयवाः स कल्पिताः
सहस्रयोजनमहा-मुखो ह्र्षीकः।
ननाद वेदध्वनिभिः समं महान्
दिक्षु क्वचिन्मन्दमिहायमानः॥

भावार्थ:

जब वराहजी ने शरीर धारण किया तो उनके अंग सहस्रों योजन (हजारों योजन = लाखों किलोमीटर) तक फैले हुए थे। उनकी गर्जना वेदध्वनि के समान गूँज रही थी।

इससे स्पष्ट है कि शास्त्रों में उनका रूप "हजारों योजन ऊँचा" बताया गया है।
अब यदि 1 योजन ≈ 12–15 किमी मानें तो उनकी ऊँचाई लाखों किलोमीटर तक बैठती है।
