She wanted to get a job while she was there, so she started applying to jobs online. She was applying to Starbucks and they required you to submit a resume. She did not understand what file they were asking for and just clicked on the upload button and .....
*BAM* hundreds upon hundreds of porn images popped up. Sadie scrolled through them and saw many images of underage girls, some in sexual acts. Sadie went to the store with his girlfriend and told her about what she found and showed her the images.
The girlfriend pretty much ignored Sadie. he wound up waiting until they went to sleep and bear crawled into their bedroom to get her dad's van keys from the nightstand beside him.
You have NO IDEA what a warrior woman this woman child is. You have no idea.
Sadie took the laptop and her dad's van and turned him in to the Tomball Police. As of today, this was the oldest criminal case still on the Harris County criminal courts docket. We are supposed to go to court on 11/16/2021.
This case went to a Grand Jury and was he was indicted on 4 counts of felony child pornography.
There was a previous case of him having child porn that was submitted to El Paso, TX by his ex-wife. She ,Sadie and the officer from El Paso that witnessed the hard drive that was turned in to him were set to testify as well as:
In the case in Harris County, the Charging Instrument states where he told the Captain of Tomball police dept that he knowingly downloaded the images. He was set to testify, as well.
We were supposed to go to court on 11/16/2021. Now, the Assistant DA for the case was somehow no longer working for Harris County. Last week they dismissed the case and stated that they cannot prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. ?????????????
Sadie has been preparing for two years to testify against her father. She suffered much mental and physical abuse from him prior to this. She no longer gets her day in court to face her abuser! We've been emailing and calling asking for updates as to who would take over the case.
We were told that the DAs office did not know who would be taking over the case, that the chief was taking it over, etc, etc. Only to find out ourselves on the DA Web portal that the DAs office submitted to dismiss and got approval from the judge!
The DA, instead of informing us of the dismissal, told us lies. This is unacceptable! Now you have three women who have suffered at the hands of this man who will never see justice served.
Another case being handled by the Harris County DA
