Appeal made by Dr MVS to Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji also earlier appeal to Hon'ble CM KCR garu @TelanganaCMO for official support of Telangana State explained to Shri @DrRanjithReddy garu in context of Deity Rights leading to Rama Rajya as basic structure
Current status of Art 363 Hindu Deity Rights dispute of Shri Chilkur Balaji Deity referred by His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn explained to Shri @DrRanjithReddy garu as Deity's representative & also letters explaining how this can be done in a day provided
Earlier letter representing Shri Krishnadevaraya family @Krishnadr shared and also given that resolution will lead to establishing Rama Rajya as basic structure more Royal families are interested in supporting.

Many Hindu Kingdoms merged into Bharat on the promise of Rama Rajya
Several ancient Mathas who are Raja Gurus of many Hindu Kingdoms which merged to form Bharat already given their letter of support with the latest discovery that it will also enable establishing Rama Rajya as basic structure confident of many Royal families supporting our request
We have also reached out to Shri @JM_Scindia ji as Hon'ble Cabinet Minister from a Royal family which fought on their behalf in SC to support quick resolution of dispute and efforts to establish Rama Rajya as basic structure of Constitution through Deity Rights notification.

When Deity Rights movement started post Sabarimala Judgement none knew without Deity Rights inclusive of Rama Rajya protected in our Constitution India that is Bharat is sure to become India that was Bharat
It has been great learning journey for all of us
If the women devotees of Lord Ayyappa through divine grace had not put up stiff resistance for the rights Lord Ayyappa and launched Deity Rights movement we might just have become India that was Bharat

History is bound to record the historic struggle of Lord Ayyappa devotees as not just a movement to protect rights of their Deity but also a movement to protect Rama Rajya goal of our original Constitution which we now know is integral part of Deity Rights

It is not clear if members of erstwhile Royal families have Organization which can collectively represent to Centre If people in SM are aware of existence of such an Organization please let us know so we can ask for support to Rama Rajya as basic structure

On this #TelanganaFormationDay we request Hon'ble CM KCR garu @TelanganaCMO to support just request of Dr MVS to refer Hindu Deity Rights dispute to learned AG u Art 76(2) & help secure justice as per principles of Dharma for all Hindu Deities in the Country
We request @DrRanjithReddy garu @krsureshreddy garu and @kale_yadaiah garu who have given letters of support to His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn to do justice as per Dharma in this issue to take up the above matter with Hon'ble CM KCR garu @TelanganaCMO in this just cause.
Securing justice as per principles of Dharma for Hindu Deities who have lost their rights is a fundamental right of every Hindu devotee u Art 21 read with Art 25, Art 26 & Art 29(1) as it impacts their well-being. Let Telangana State take up this just cause #TelanganaFormationDay

Also Hopeful that Learned Attorney General will guide that after SC failed in its duty if Hindu Deities fail to secure justice from His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn the remedy of approaching ICJ is available and it would be very embarrassing for our Nation

To explain that our justice system works to secure rights of Prince of Arcot but a Hindu Deity has to approach ICJ to secure His fundamental right will be a very embarrassing moment for people of Bharath Hope learned AG through advise u Art 76 (2) can ensure this does not happen.

His Excellency responded positively which helped flatten first wave

Lack of belief in bureaucracy has led to unthinkable situation of 4lakh cases per day Image
