And no, this congressional map isn't uploaded onto @davesredist as Ohio House and Senate maps were. The details are in the language of a substitute bill, which will take some time to parse.
The map is pretty on point population-wise. Recent court decisions have given a little wiggle room on "one person, one vote" but Ohio House GOP mapmaker isn't taking it.

First up, Paul Miller: Ohio is a predominantly Republican state, and those of us who voted in favor of the referendum to end gerrymandering did not vote to enable the Democrats to gerrymander our legislative and congressional districts maps in their favor; we voted to prevent it.
