Lamberth says he had a meeting with prosecutors and they confirmed there was no evidence before Lambeth’s order that surgeon did NOT recommend surgery for Worrell’s broken hand. Seems to suggest someone tried to coerce surgeon into changing his recommendation

Lamberth accusing DC DOC of withholding medical records from both US Marshall’s office and prosecutors. “They repeatedly did not give me. Now they want to weasel out and say they gave me everything.”

Lamberth now reviewing report about DC jail conditions as “egregious.” Says contrary to news reports, it did NOT say conditions at DC J6 Gulag were acceptable.

US Marshalls said guards were telling Marshalls not to “snitch” on prison guards. Detainee sprayed with pepper spray…

and untreated, which caused more injury. Suggests it was “criminal.” Another detainee denies sick call bc his fingers were black and couldn’t fill out form. Water turned off to entire J6 pod — Marshalls witnessed sewage back up in cells. Backed up for days, feces urine odor

Food not up to standard. Detainees had “observable injuries,” guards observed taunting detainees.

“It is beyond belief” what Marshalls reported. Conditions are “deplorable” overall, but J6 pod not as “deplorable,” but still unacceptable.

Isn’t pleased with DOJ answers.
