2: Giuliani (Ukraine extortion)
3: Matt Gaetz (selling Presidential pardons)
4: Roger Stone (Jan 6th sedition)
5: Tom Barrack (UAE, Qatar extortion)

Let's look at November for these 5

November Update to 5 Paths/2

Allen Weisselberg (Trump accountant) is in court on crime of tax fraud facing 12 years & $3 million to pay. His next court date is January. NY prosecutors 'found' more evidence in some basement (=someone has flipped). His lawyers expect MORE charges

November Update to 5 Paths/3

The next big development in Weisselberg 1 (NY tax fraud) is the next indictments. A Grand Jury has been sitting since May & is scheduled to end now in Nov. They will indict next Don Jr, Eric & Ivanka. Their tax fraud indictments are DUE this November

November Update to 5 Paths/4

Weisselberg 1 is NY Tax Fraud. He faces 6
Weisselberg 2 = NY Money Laundering
Weisselberg 3 = Federal Sanctions Busting
Weisselberg 4 = Federal Election & inauguration Fraud
Weisselberg 5 = Federal Emoluments
Weisselberg 6 = Scotland Money Laundering

Second path is Giuliani (Ukraine extortion). Rudy Colludi offices were raided by FBI in April. A Special Master has been reviewing the evidence seized. Just released 2,223 items to Feds this week. Has finished 7 devices. 9 more Giuliani devices to go

I had expected Special Master to finish by now. She is just being very diligent, and apparently there was far more to cover than I had expected. So my forecast of October arrest of Rudy was wrong. Special Master may finish around December (earliest)

Third path to take Trump to prison for life is Matt Gaetz (Trump selling Presidential pardons). Gaetz's rapist pal Joel Greenberg has confessed & is singing to the Feds in Florida. They gave Joel more time to rat out crimes. That time ends in March

November Update to 5 Paths/8

When Joel Greenberg is sentenced, Matt Gaetz will be arrested. Judge has twice given Joel more time (because can identify MORE crimes) but Judge said, there will be no more extension past March. The Honorable Rapey McForehead will be arrested. March

Fourth path to take Trump to prison for life is January 6th. I call this Roger Stone, as I believe Roger is the first of Jan 6th PLANNERS to get arrested. I do not KNOW this. I am just giving you my analysis. It seems Feds are closing in on Roger

We do know that Roger Stone was planning Jan 6th with over a dozen others. But FIVE of the Oath Keepers who participated in Jan 6th have confessed and AT LEAST 3 of them are assisting FBI (flipped). It means they are ratting out Roger Stone

I am expecting Roger Stone to be first or among first of Jan 6th planners to be arrested. His arrest window is now opening. I expect Roger arrested between November and March. I expect SOME planners arrested near anniversary of Jan 6

Last of 5 paths to take Trump to prison for life is Tom Barrack. He was arrested in summer. Is now in court & negotiating, attempting to cut a plea bargain. I do not KNOW this. I believe Tom is smart enough to know, it is his only way. He will flip.

PS to Nov Update

Lev Parnas had ATTEMPTED to cut plea bargain. He had POWERFUL evidence against Giuliani. But Feds lost interest in bargain once FBI raided Rudy's office & got that same evidence. Lev went to trial. Lost of course. Jury fast decision in 5 hours guilty all charges
