The OSHA ETS is NOT legal nor enforceable. Employers do not worry, this is easier to fight than you think.

I have almost 20 years experience in this field and OSHA knows this is absolutely ridiculous and laughable.

Trying to say that a vaccine is a control that falls on the hierarchy of controls is not accurate. It would have to attempt to fall under the elimination aspect of the hierarchy and the vaccine does not eliminate covid-19.

OSHA wants to fine under serious violation, they don't have the manpower to do so & the non-compliance w/ forced vaccination is not a serious violation. They would have to prove that covid-19 has the LIKELIHOOD of death or serious bodily harm. IFR does not support this. #OSHA

Every employer has the right to a judicial review! There's a reason this does not go in effect until January, way too many people are fighting this and I am deeply embedded in this behind the scenes with other IH and OEHS pros.

Best way I can put it is when you see a criminal court case where the prosecution goes above & beyond the charges & you know the defendant is going to walk. They overcharged & the jury could not line up w/ the excessive charge. That's what OSHA just did. They screwed themselves.
