We'll have the answer next chapter and i believe sanji would be both. Then again... I'm not buying the "sanji kicked the woman" agenda but rather "sanji unlocked his COC"
This woman isn't a normal geisha. I think she was about to either kill sanji or capture him and that sanji unlocked a shockwave of haki which made her fly to the ground
It is a fucking red herring. This exactly the reason why sanji forgot what happened. He only remembers :
