Do stuff that makes you feel alive

-Get into a boxing ring
-Go out for a hike
-Lift heavy shit

Our ancestors were hunters

They used to kill other humans & wild animals for survival

Never forget that

4. Master Game

If you can't express yourself fully in any social situation
Its a problem

People will Pick on you

Charisma is a skill

Attracting other humans is a skill

Game is an integral part of becoming a high-value Man
