POV: You’re tucked away in a cabin for the weekend, just you and Hobi, no plans except to relax together away from the demands of normal life. You’re cozied under a blanket on the couch reading when you feel his eyes on you and look up. + 
He’s gorgeous, the cold winter sun streaming through the window giving him a magical glow, and your breath catches. His smile deepens, revealing his dimples, as he says, “This is perfect.” He puts his book to the side and reaches for something in his pocket. +
Your heart starts hammering as he slides off the table, coming to rest on his knees at the edge of the couch. You sit up, your skin feeling electrified by the sudden shift in the atmosphere. “Hobi, what—?” He takes the small box from his pocket and holds it up. +
“I’ve been carrying this around for weeks, waiting for the perfect moment.” You take the box and slowly open it. A ring, sparkling and simple, is nestled inside. Your mouth falls open and you glance back up sharply, your eyes filling with tears. “Hobi…?” you breathe. +
He continues, “Then I realized, every moment with you is perfect. And that’s why I want to spend the rest of my moments with you, forever. My love, will you—“ he pauses, wrapping his hands around yours still holding the box, his eyes soft and full of love. “Will you marry me?”
