One reason why I've remained calm throughout the entire C19 'pandemic' is I assumed from early on that most people would eventually get it, including myself.
Millions of irrational, emotional people still think they can avoid catching it.

It's more reasonable (+ more sane, calming & realistic) to assume you will catch the rona. If you haven't.
I don't recommend TRYING to get it, but trying to avoid it forever, at all costs, is asinine

It sucks that some people have a very bad time with it, but it's important to acknowledge that most people don't, and this was always the case.

Disease, sickness, and death suck. But they are not new.
They are part of reality and too many people try to live their lives in denial of reality.
Life has a 100% mortality rate. Don't be so reckless you cut it unnecessarily short, but don't be so cautious you refuse to live.

My condolences to everybody who has lost someone to a disease (this particular one or hundreds of others) but that is part of life.
It doesn't mean we should destroy the freedoms and rights of everybody, because you feel fearful, sad, or angry.

There are many people who diligently wore masks every single day for 500+ days, who stayed at home, sanitised everything, took two C19 shots, and STILL caught the rona!
And there are many who did none of the above and haven't.
And many more in between...
