Michael Sussmann wore one too many hats and it will be his downfall, or a silver lining if he chooses wisely...
Sussmann prepped the dnc, the dccc, the clinton campaign, twatter, and served as the liason from those groups interacting with the FBI and Crowdstrike, and serving as a firewall between Crowdstrike and the fbi.
That's just way too many irons in the 🔥 to keep track of lies and explain what is going on betweeen A,B, C, D, and E.
This guys communications have to be an f'n goldmine.
Of course knowing he was balls deep in shady stuff in sure the electronic coms were pretty coded.
Be a good dude to squeeze and flip so he can explain those under oath eh?
Read between the lines in docket #25 regarding protective orders and classified info...especially stuff Mueller thought he had burried in doj nsd forever. Durhams gonna show sussmann exactly what he has till he cries uncle.
1) One overlooked nugget I haven't seen reported to this date can be found in the Sussmann docket.
Its in docket#17 attached to the request for a bill of particulars, at the end of the text of a proposed order.
2) For the longest time it was a mystery where Durham was working out of. It had been suggested he had rented space somewhere in DC but it was never listed anywhere.
3) But Sussmann included the address in the text of the proposed order, so it is a mystery no more:
Interesting too...that makes two edny guys assigned to sussmann😶
Algor being shipped to DC for the Sussmann case is interesting. It's the second EDNY guy. It could just be because Keilty knew him well and wanted him. Both are veterans and Algor is a West point grad. But unlike Keilty, Algor was still an active aausa in edny.
FFS..we need more eyes on this case. The government is desperate to keep as much as possible hidden here for a number of reasons.
One is the inconvenient narrative. All indications are this guy wasn't a trump supporter but a bad actor.
Two is the discovery they are dragging their feet on and trying to desperately keep from being released or showcased at trial is at the heart of what happened to ashli. There are likely interviews of the police who stepped aside and more significant...michael byrd.
