دادگاه بین‌المللی مردمی آبان که سال گذشته به منظور تحقیق در مورد قتل و زخمی شدن هزاران بی‌گناه در اعتراضات آبان ۱۳۹۸ تشکیل شد، از روز ۱۹ آبان ۱۴۰۰ استماع شهادت شاهدان عینی و محققان را آغاز خواهد کرد./۱

این دادگاه بررسی خواهد کرد که آیا جرایم انجام شده توسط مقامات جمهوری اسلامی، از جمله علی خامنه‌ای، رهبر جمهوری اسلامی و ابراهیم رئیسی، رییس جمهور در ارتباط با اعتراضات آبان ۱۳۹۸ جنایت علیه بشریت بوده است یا خیر./۲
دادگاه بین‌المللی مردمی آبان یک دادگاه مستقل، مردمی و بین‌المللی متشکل از حقوقدانانی از کشورهای بریتانیا، ایالات متحده آمریکا، اندونزی، آفریقای جنوبی و لیبی است که در حوزه حقوق بشر و روابط بین الملل تخصص دارند. جلسات این دادگاه از روز ۱۹ تا ۲۳ آبان ۱۴۰۰ در لندن برگزار می‌شود./۳
در این جلسات ۴۵ شاهد در دادگاه شهادت خواهند داد و شهادتنامه ۱۲۰ نفر نیز به صورت کتبی تسلیم دادگاه شده تا هیات قضات در مورد نقش ۱۳۳ مقام، از جمله مقام‌های ارشد جمهوری اسلامی که در ارتباط با اعتراضات آبان ۱۳۹۸ متهم به ارتکاب جرایم بین‌المللی هستند، تحقیق کنند./۴

The Tribunal has reconvened after the break. Iranian journalist and human rights activist @AlinejadMasih is now testifying as an expert witness. Image
Alinejad is talking about how many mothers of victims sent her videos and photos to her, even though it could condemn them to ten years in prison.
She is now naming the victims whose mothers she talked to. She emphasises that they said their children had no weapons, contradictory to what the government says.

The first fact witness, Amir Ansarifar, is now testifying about the death of his son, Farzad. Farzad was a bystander who was shot in Behbahan.
The witness says that his brother was also arrested.
@WayneJordash is now questioning the witness on how he got the information about how Farzad was killed. He says he was killed around 250m from the house.
