“This is a spiritual battle we are in. This is good versus evil,” CNP’s executive committee president, Bill Walton, said on Aug. 21, addressing attendees at the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City. “We have to do everything we can to win.” 2/
“‘And so our organization is going to be harvesting ballots in churches,’ [Republican operative Ralph Reed] said. ‘We’re going to be specifically going in not only to White evangelical churches, but into Hispanic and Asian churches, and collecting those ballots.’” 3/
“Some participants spoke of a CNP-associated delegation that meets weekly with [Trump] White House officials. They said the group, the Conservative Action Project, has helped to choose loyalists to run federal agencies & coordinate outside messages w/ nonprofit organizations…4/
…to support administration policies and leaders.” 5/
“‘It’s kind of this little secretive huddle that meets every Wednesday morning,’ Paul Teller, a Trump deputy and director of strategic initiatives for Vice President Pence, told the [CNP] audience in August.” 6/
“Organizers showed ads that feature doctors in white lab coats...They told the CNP audience that market research found that featuring doctors engenders trust among voters.’ And so I remind people that what we’re trying 2 do is put on theater…It’s the stage. It’s the script &..7/

“In February, during three days of meetings in Southern California, a CNP member named Rachel Bovard described the Conservative Action Project’s influence in helping the Trump administration select political appointees for the executive branch. “ 9/
“In addition, [CNPer] Bovard described Ginni Thomas [SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas’s wife] as a crucial link to the [Trump] White House. ‘She is one of the most powerful and fierce women in Washington,’ Bovard said. ‘She is really the tip of the spear in these efforts.’” 10/ 😳

12/ Related thread. Per this account, Bannon spoke at an August 2020 CNP session. Bannon was indicted on 8/20/20, so I was curious about the timing. I don’t see a link to this video in the WaPo articles though.
Grant says that far right provocateur Baked Alaska was paid by Glittering Steel. (I haven’t read the article yet.) Glittering Steel is Bannon’s film company. Baked Alaska was at the Charlottesville Nazi rally. Was it a Bannon/Flynn/MAGA3X incited psyop that turned deadly?! 1/
Baked Alaska is part of MAGA3X too. Here is a quote from Charlottesville. MAGA3X started out with toxic memes. 2/
Agree. But it began before the 2016 election. Mike Flynn even used the words “insurgency” & “irregular warfare at its finest” to describe the digital operation to elect Trump. He bragged about it. Wanted credit. It is ongoing. 1/
This is a leaked planning document for the Posobiec/Cernovich/Flynn digital army. They called the operation #MAGA3X. Flynn promoted the hashtag before the 2016 election. This document deserves much more attention than it has received. Great thread by @jimstewartson 3/

IMO, it is equally likely that Trump bribed Bannon w/ the prospect of a pardon. “Help me win &, if I lose, help me undermine the election result. In exchange, you get a pardon.” Could even be why Bannon was indicted in the 1st place. Bannon & Trump had been on the outs, right? 1/
Had Trump and Bannon kissed and made up between this and Bannon’s indictment? (I don’t know the answer. If you do, pls let me know.) 2/ cbsnews.com/news/report-st…
This was a serious falling out in 2018. The Mercers cut off Bannon over it, which is why Bannon had to find a new benefactor (Guo Wengui). After Bannon was indicted in August 2020, suddenly he and Trump were tight again. Something changed. 3/
