People like @sdbaral oversell infection-based immunity. In my opinion this is due to Dunning-Kruger or incompetence, at best, and nihilism at worst.

Infection-apologist propagandists are learning *very* niche immunology as they try to find things I am wrong about

It's funny to see them move goalposts as their postulates fail
I've noticed they remain media darlings despite being wrong. I know many are frustrated with Dr. Gandhi's false reassurances!
They all seem to be part of a network of conservative economic sellouts, like for the AIER or Us For Them

If you want to have "Endemic" Covid-19 you are going to have to accept reality of how it is and how to mitigate it

You will need yearly vaccination

Reinfections get more severe with age once sera wanes

People who wrongfully say "Delta will end the pandemic," and "Novelty is the cause of severity" provide the pseudoscientific basis for

1) lobbying against mask use
2) infecting the youth while it is a 'mild' disease (it will get worse with time, I promise you)
They're complicit
The reason children are being infected in schools is the belief "immunological naïveté" is the cause of severe covid-19.

Total folly and a crime against humanity, considering what the virus does to brains, etc.
We already have one peer-reviewed paper showing reinfections were more severe in a prospective cohort.

Another paper pre-review showing IFR increasing with time in provinces after reinfections
