After Maharashtrian snacks, I am going to present you my top 25 Maharashtrian main course (pure veg). I am sure you can't miss this

Marathis must RT to support ๐Ÿ˜€

1) Shrikhand Puri

Shrikhand is a sweet made from strained yoghurt, saffron or dry fruits or fresh foods
2) Bharli Vangi

Also known as Bharwa Baingan in the north. Each region of MH has its own style of making this recepie. Very yummy with nice spicy gravy.
3) Vangyacha Bharit

Most of know it as Baingan ka Bharta, but you can already see our Bharta looks completely different. Once the eggplant is roasted, its not cooked further, not much spices, only onions, green chilli & coriander. Best served with chapati or Bhakri
4) Varan Bhat, batyachi bhaji

Varan is made from toor daal, its the most pious food in Maharashtrian culture, which is a must in poojas or on festivals. Usually served with different chutneys & batata bhaji (aloo sabji)

I just love varan bhat ๐Ÿ˜
5) Amras Puri

Maharashtrian just love their Amras Puris. Best mangoes are grown in MH, hence we are lucky to enjoy best species of mangoes. In summers, amras in the meal is an absolutely must have thing ๐Ÿ˜€
6) Zunka Bhakri

Zunka is made from besan, its a staple diet in many Maharashtrian families, served with jowar bhakris. Very healthy and very delicious.
7) Pithla Bhakri

Some ppl call Pithla as Zunka, but Zunka is mostly dry and Pithla has running gravy. It tastes awesome when served fresh & hot. Along with mirchi thecha this goes on some another level. Again served best with bhakris.
8) Methi chi Bhaji

Methi is an important part of the Maharashtrian diet. There are hundreds of variations in Methi sabji. Best one is the simple sabji served with bhakri and a lump of jaggery.
9) Vada Bhat

Vada is made from different lentils mixed together. Its a very common in Vidharbha region, especially in summer when getting vegetables becomes difficult due to extremely hot weather.
10) Shev bhaji

Name itself suggests that its made from Sev. It comes from Khandesh & Vidarbha region. It has very nice and unique tasty with lil bit spicy touch.
11) Olya kaju chi bhaji

Yes its made with kaju but its not the dry kaju, its the fresh kaju which is grown in coastal belt. Its a delicacy very common in Konkan region.
12) Kalya Vatanyachi Amti

Amti is basically marathi word for curry. Its curry of black peas. Again a very common delicacy across the state.
13) Mugachi Amti

Its curry made from sprouted moong. In Maharashtra we eat lot of sprouts which are also very good for health & very tasty as well.
14) Dalimbyachi Usal/ Valacha Birdha

It has two names in MH, some call it as Dalimbyachi usal & some call it Valacha Birdha. Vaal is another sprouted bean. Different ways to make this, very yummy, mostly preferred on big occasions like pooja or ceremony.
15) Matki chi usal/amti

Matki chi usal is one of the best Maharashtrian curry. Very yummy delicacy. In many parts of Maharashtra, Matki Usal is used as the gravy for the misal.
16) Masooryachi Amti

Masoor amti is another yummy curry. It goes well with bhakri, chapati or rice. Most families add same spices which they usually add in non vegetarian recipes, which makes it even special ๐Ÿ˜€
17) Ambat Varan

One of the most loved daal in Mh. Its a daal which has lil bit of jaggery along with spices which gives a very tangy taste to this. Ambat varan bhat & papad is like heaven.
18) Katyachi Amti

This is a side dish usually served with puran poli. It gives a sweet & spicy combination to puran poli. Its made from water of boiled daals & different spices.
19) Shengyachi Bhaji

Drumstick curry, again hundreds of ways to make this delicacy. Very healthy & very tasty delicacy for the main course.
20) Kachryachi Bhaji

Its basically aloo ki sabji, but in MH we slice the potatoes very thin, cooked with onions and spices. Very yummy, one of the must have recepie in the main course.
21) Alu cha fadfada

Sabji made from boiled Colocasia leaves. Name is very funny, it don't know how it got this name ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Very commonly made in monsoon, especially during the Ganesh Festival.
22) Kobichi Bhaji

Kobi is patta gobhi, very loved delicacy across MH, again diff ways to cook this. Very yummy and most commonly made in each household.
23) Bhendyachi bhaji

Its bhindi masala, again hundreds of ways to cook your bhindi but this one is cooked with besan. In MH, besan is used so brilliantly in different recepies that it adds extra flavour to the delicacy.
24) Palakachi patal bhaji

Its basically a marathi version of Dal Palak, where palak is cooked with chana daal. It goes well with both chapati and bhakri. Rich with protein and iron.
25) Basundi Puri

We started with Shrikhand Puri & will end this with Basundi Puri. Basundi is milk cooked with sugar, dry fruits, cardamom. Ppl are crazy for basundi, its a must have recepie in Maharashtrian marriages.

Why Modi is the most beloved leader in India & admired by millions (Based on true story)

Story is frm Europe, where Modi ji was suppose to take his flight back home. Some supporters gathered to see him off.

There was a young boy standing behind the barricade to see PM
Modi ji stopped by the supporters, who were eager to greet the beloved Prime Minister.

So Prime Minister saw this young kid in that crowd.

He asked the kid, "what are you doing on the other side of the barricade, come near me"

So the kid went & took blessings of the PM & then
Someone from the group asked Modi ji for a group picture, to which Modi ji agreed.

Now Modi ji, asked that boy to stand ahead of him.
