That's a sizeable field camp. I don't think Yelnya is really 'near' the border with Ukraine though (~250km away).

Thread: remarks of the Russian President Putin at the expanded Defense Ministry Collegium:

- The military-political situation in the world remains difficult, the potential for conflict has grown in a number of regions, new hotbeds of tension have emerged.

1/6 Image
- If the US and NATO missile systems appear in Ukraine, then their flight time to Moscow will be reduced to 7-10 minutes, and with the deployment of hypersonic weapons - up to 5.

- Russia's proposals on security guarantees 'not an ultimatum.'

2/6
- The US & NATO will have to "understand the seriousness of the situation."

- Moscow will not be satisfied with attempts to "blabber, plunge into some kind of swamp" its proposals.

- Even if Russia receives legal guarantees, it is not worth believing the West completely.
