New footage the Russian military equipment at Voronezh Maslovka railway station.

A closer look at T-80U tanks, 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzers and BMP-2 IFVs deployed there.
At least two tank battalions at the Voronezh Maslovka railway station.

That's a sizeable field camp. I don't think Yelnya is really 'near' the border with Ukraine though (~250km away).

"Documented movements of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces dated from 12 to 15 December. All convoys and military echelons were filmed in or heading towards the Bryansk Oblast and were moving towards the border with Belarus."

The vessel of the Ukrainian Navy is moving towards the Kerch Strait, does not respond to requests to change the course - Russia's FSB.

According to RIA, the Ukrainian vessel is currently at a distance of 18 nautical miles to the Kerch Strait and still heading towards the strait.
FSB: the actions of the Ukrainian ship's crew are regarded as provocative and posing a threat to the safety of navigation.

The separatist artillery strike struck the command post of the 13th Battalion of Ukraine's 58th Brigade.

According to Ukrainian outlets, the shelling caused wounds to 7 Ukrainian servicemen, destroyed the ZIL-131 truck, and lightly damaged 4 more trucks.
