If you just woke up to and wonder what happened to the hic et nunc website and its "discontinued" twitter account here's some info what is going on as far as I know:
We are clearly facing the third hen crisis and this time it is the worst case scenario: Rafael Lima, the creator of hic et nunc got hit by a bus. Well, not really. Rather in an irresponsible act of rage decided to leave and turn the off-switch on everything he has access to.
As far as I can tell the damage so far is mostly affecting the facade of the hen ecosystem: the .XYZ website and the twitter account. The 500k+ OBJKTS minted and the smart contracts are still there and can be accessed through other community sites, like hicetnunc.art
I think it is important in this situation not to panic or spread hearsay but rather see this as a chance to turn this crisis into an opportunity to complete our vision of a truly decentralized NFT ecosystem. Ideas we developed during the first #hicathon could now be implemented.
It will probably need some time to reorganize ourselves and sort through the rubble, but hic et nunc was always more than the creation of a single person.
For now I guess the discord channel is still the place to gather and plan the next steps: discord.gg/AHf76P5v
In these turbulent times where also some bad actors might try to profit from the chaotic situation I trust the words and opinions if long time hic et nunc companions like @sableRaph, @1x1_NFT, @DianeDrubay, @mumu_thestan and @verticalcrypto
If you want to be part of the solution, please follow @hen_community and join the discussion on the discord channel.

I made this work in addition to the 25 prints that will be part of the "Now You See Me Now You Don't" group show and features the work of 22 artists who portray highly endangered animals and plants.
I will donate 100% of the primary sales profits of this NFT to the Finish Natural Heritage Foundation which is an NGO that buys old-growth forests and prevents them from logging, thus protecting rare animal and plant life as well as reducing CO2 emissions. luonnonperintosaatio.fi
My contribution to the #OBJKT4OBJKT event is a free NFT that is also a social experiment:
"Diminishing Returns" will list any collector who picks up exactly one of them. BUT: if you take more than one or try to resell it, your id will be dropped.
The extra bonus is that each of the listed ids will link to the profile page. The only problem I notice now us that the link tries to open within the iframe, so you have to right-click "open in new tab".
And of course the hidden "innovation" here is that you can probably adapt this technique for numbered editions. Though I have not fully figured out yet how you can maintain an edition number once it gets resold since it is based on the timestamp of the transaction.
