Flynn does have a few pathways for surviving this, but they’re narrow.
He can lie during his testimony, and hope he doesn’t get caught. But with so many witnesses cooperating (and more will cooperate), it should be easy to disprove Flynn’s lies and refer him for perjury.

Flynn can also just plead the fifth to the questions that incriminate him, and hope the DOJ is too asleep to bother indicting him even after his non-answers draw a roadmap to the laws he broke on 1/6.

It would take some real skill for Flynn (or anyone) to testify to the committee in a way that doesn’t either get him indicted or draw a map for what to indict him on. And Flynn is a mentally unstable screaming basket case. The committee just has to bait him into going off script.
