I've made #mistakes. Several of them.
They've taught me lessons of a lifetime.
Sharing it here in a thread for whoever can gain from it. #MistakesMadeMe
First #Lesson:
Always be wary of people who talk big in the first meeting. The need to prove comes from insecurity. #MistakesMadeMe
Second #Lesson:
Spend enough time with your child before she outgrows her need for you. #MistakesMadeMe
Third #Lesson:
As a leader, we set examples not only through what we do. But equally what we don't do. Destroying ego is one of them. #MistakesMadeMe
Fourth #Lesson:
Virtue is not to tolerate divergent views, but to welcome them. And yet to follow one's own sense of right without anger or rancour. #MistakesMadeMe
Fifth #Lesson:
The people who're always smiling and positive are not naive. They are the enlightened ones. Whose company we must keep. #MistakesMadeMe
Sixth #Lesson:
If you're convinced about your idea, roll out without seeking approvals.
Let disapproval come afterwards, if it has to. #MistakesMadeMe
Seventh #Lesson:
The silent person in the room is the self-assured one.
The self-assured one will not lie.
Seek their views. #MistakesMadeMe
Eighth #Lesson:
There's no such thing as contentment. For the employer, or the employed.
The true seekers, however, do exist. You can tell them by their Passion. #MistakesMadeMe
Ninth #Lesson:
Only when we can outgrow the deeply entrenched biases of our childhoods, can we really hope to become worthy humans. Personally, or professionally. #MistakesMadeMe
Tenth #Lesson:
Give it all, but surrender at last to the Almighty.
The Divine Plan is always better than yours. Don't doubt it.
Faith is everything. #MistakesMadeMe
