This morning we expect to hear Judge Schroeder give the jury instructions and hear closing statements from the prosecution and defense.

2.5 hours has been allotted to both sides for statements. The prosecution will split their time between their first and rebuttal arguments.

I would not be surprised if the motion to dismiss with extreme prejudice is mentioned this morning. Although at this time I wouldn’t expect Judge Schroeder to entertain the motion very long. In spite of noted prosecutorial misconduct.

I would also not be surprised if the State’s “doctored” images, which are now admitted into evidence, are argued over again.

An AI enhanced image, created from an AI enhanced video, should NEVER have been permitted to be shown to the jury.

Count 6 is DISMISSED - this is the weapon charge. Kyle Rittenhouse was open carrying a rifle 100% legally, according to the law.

Last week when the defense stated the law as it applied to Kyle Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shootings.

Judge Bruce Schroeder is now reading instructions to the jury. After instructions are read there will likely be a break, followed by the prosecution presenting their closing statement.

The prosecution has been given 2.5 total hours for their closing statement and rebuttal.

The State argued against specific instructions regarding their doctored images.

Kraus “to give an instruction that tells the jury to essentially ignore this evidence unless everything else proves it is way to far.”
