In this speech, @SenatorKeogan exposed the government in its blatant disregard for women and children. No risk assessment. No Impact assessment. A minister for children who does not grasp that the premise of safeguarding IS worst case scenario.
Ignorance of safeguarding from a minister for children laced with anger completely out of synch with the measured tone of the Senator.

and lastly a total lack of engagement with the actual issues raised. This is not hyperbole. In Canada and the US sex offenders are using this same law to access female spaces. We will not allow this to happen here.
