Kind folks of Twitter, I need help in solving a personal issue ie lifting my sister

Avani, the angel of our world, is handicapped, no limb movement or communication possible. She has to be lifted from her bed on to her pram & vice versa about 6-8 times a day
Two of us usually do the lifting, one from the shoulders, the other from the legs

Am assuming she weighs about 45-50 kgs and since no communication is possible, her body is inert and lifting isn't easy, though within our family we've been managing last 40 years
Of late, twice while lifting (I usually do the shoulders, the heavier side), I've had terrible back spasms / nerve pulls rendering me completely immobile for a couple of days, with recovery taking ~2 weeks

It happened first time 3 months ago and I'm still suffering from the 2nd
Is there a technical, mechanical solution to this ? A simple exoskeleton, a brace, something ?

Reclining beds, pulleys etc don't work as Avani isn't aware + her body is hunched

We usually have an attendant but there are large periods without one too
There has to be a solution to this in today's era.

Am, of course, happy to pay if something helps and takes the pressure off the back muscles

Please don't challenge the construct, it is what it is and we've (first my parents, now us) taken care of her for almost 5 decades
Exercises / physiotherapy etc to strengthen the muscles are already under consideration, am looking for more technical solutions

Thanks

Please RT for good karma 🖖
This is what she looks like

Since multiple kind, lovely folks have responded with slings / pulleys

They work for aware patients, not someone like Avani, who would have to lifted into the sling + her muscles are stiff so won't fit properly etc

Also, this has to happen multiple times during the day
After sometime sitting on her pram, she has to be straightened up too as she begins to slouch to

So it has to be a simple mechanical device to aid the person doing the heavy lifting
Photo from today morning
If I may direct the efforts, we need to think of solutions that aid the person doing the lifting, will not impact the person being lifted at all...
The two solutions so far, offered by kind, caring, lovely people of Twitter, that we are actively looking at are

First, a wheelchair that kind of opens up in the middle, allowing it to go under the person

I've also reached out to these fantastic innovators in Toronto, and maybe something customisable is possible to address our needs
