What you said is absolutely true. But the thing is , most of the people ( both men and women ) are working in india as slaves. They dont get paid as much they worked hard .
Senior pilot ( men ) of India is getting ₹1 crore per yr. For female , it will be 80% of mens salary , which is ₹80 Lakhs per yr . B
