The least effective narrative out there is "we're running out of time before our democracy is doomed." That doesn't motivate anyone to stand and fight. It just tells people that they might as well not bother because we're screwed anyway. Stop using this dumb narrative.
First of all, "we're running out of time" is NEVER accurate, unless you're referring to an election next week or something.

We have nearly a YEAR to make voting rights legislation happen. Stop falsely framing it as if we only have five minutes left before we all die.
Second of all, NO ONE wants to roll up their sleeves and fight for what they're being told is a losing cause anyway. This defeatist talk about how our democracy is nearly gone, is just so idiotically self-defeating. It motivates NO ONE to do ANYTHING.
Also, the people who say "we're running out of time before our democracy is doomed" usually then pivot to some silly magic wand idea, because they want to look clever by bashing the Democratic Party for not waving that magic wand. It's opportunistic punditry at its very worst.
Voting rights legislation, like most political accomplishments, is a long game. It's going to be a lengthy process in the House and Senate next year, and it'll require a sustained effort on our part. Going into panic mode now, for no reason or gain, just demotivates us later.

The more clear it becomes that Trump is a senile walking corpse who can’t possibly participate in 2024, and the closer Trump gets to criminal indictment in New York and Georgia, the more the media will ramp up its “Trump 2024” hysteria. The media always does things this way.
The “Trump 2024” narrative is the only thing that’s producing enough ratings in 2021 to save the media from mass layoffs. And now that reality is intruding on that narrative, the media starts to see reality itself as a threat – so it pushes the narrative even more loudly.
In the coming weeks, as it becomes more clear to more people that Trump is finished, the media will more frequently “sound the alarm” about Trump in 2024. They push the Trump 2024 narrative 24/7, and then “sound the alarm” as if they weren’t already obsessively talking about it.

Days after New York started bringing Trump Organization criminal indictments, proving Palmer Report right and everyone else wrong, anonymous trolls hijacked our Wikipedia page in retaliation and changed it to falsely claim that we’re “fake news.” Legal action is still pending.
Legal action is complicated by Wikipedia’s status as an international entity, and the difficulty in obtaining the true identities of the “Wikipedia editors” in question. But we’re going to crush everyone involved.
And if we determine that these anonymous Wikipedia “editors” are coordinating with news outlets who compete with us, we won’t stop pursuing legal angles until those news outlets cease to exist as business entities.

Trump supporters are trash. But the biggest losers on the entire planet are the anti-Trump people who try to look clever by insisting Trump will get away with it all. These morons are too lazy and stupid to even know he’s in the process of being criminally indicted in two states.
Yet the more clear it becomes that Trump is going to prison, the more loudly these types insist that Trump will get away with it all, because they truly think that saying this makes them look somber and wise in the eyes of their fellow anti-Trump people. World class morons.
It’s fine to say “well there’s no guarantee Trump will be convicted” or “I’m concerned that there’s even a slight chance he’ll beat the rap.”

But these human trash cans who keep insisting he’s going to get off the hook for certain… that requires an IQ of zero at this point.

Past three days:

- DOJ arrests Steve Bannon

- DOJ indicts two more people related to the Gaetz-Greenberg probe

- Feds raid home of Arizona election “audit” figure

- Feds raid home of Lauren Boebert’s former campaign manager

So much for Merrick Garland’s DOJ doing “nothing.”
None of these things came out of nowhere. The DOJ didn’t suddenly “wake up.” Garland didn’t suddenly “grow a spine.” That’s just gibberish talk from commentators who don’t understand what they’re watching happen.
Most of what we’re seeing this week (with the exception of Bannon) is a direct result of lengthy and complex DOJ criminal probes that have been ongoing the entire time. We’re just finally starting to see the fruits of it. There will be plenty more.

Trump himself hinted today that he may not run in 2024 because of his “health.” He’s already laying down excuses for when his historic unpopularity (and struts as a New York prison inmate) prevent him from running. Yet the media is too busy sniffing “Trump 2024” glue to notice.
You can tell that Trump’s babysitters have been drilling the “health issues” narrative into his head, for when they eventually have to break it to him that he’s not running. And Trump, half senile and thus suggestible at this point, is passively buying it.
It also gives Trump an excuse to keep fundraising for his nonexistent 2024 campaign for quite awhile, before ultimately using his “health” as the excuse for not actually entering the race after taking all those quasi-campaign donations from his gullible fans. They’ll fall for it.

The media keeps insisting Trump will magically get away with it all due to the supposed lack of a federal case against him. But they’re purposely ignoring the fact that Trump is in the process of being criminally indicted in New York and Georgia. Any dishonest trick to scare you.
The media has actually brainwashed you into believing that if Trump goes to prison on state charges but doesn’t also go to prison on federal charges, he… somehow wins? That’s clinically insane thinking. Yet here we are, thanks to the medias endless thirst for ratings.
The media – particularly liberal leaning media – spends every day insisting we’re all doomed due to the (supposed) lack of a federal case against Trump – but just ignores that Trump is going to state prison regardless. You cannot trust these media slimeballs. You just can’t.
