10 Ways To Crush Your Goals (Even When You Don’t Feel Like It) 🧵:
1. Plan for chaotic days

The key to attaining your goals is to design a winning day by identifying and prioritizing the most important tasks.

By doing this you are set out to accomplish the most important tasks and ignore everything else.

Don't allow anything to sidetrack.
2. Celebrate the small wins

Celebrating the small wins is getting on the right track to bigger goals.

Keep track of all small wins on your notes.

The day you are feeling low refer to them as your motivation booster.
3. Daily or weekly check-up

You don’t need to wait for a whole year until the end of the year to check how you are doing.

You check in every day and in every week to see whether you’re making progress.

Keeping track of goals is the ultimate hack to keep moving.
4. Refuse Negative talks

Most of the time we don't achieve our goals simply because we let negative thoughts and emotions get in our way.

If you think you can do it, then you overcome it.
5. Make one decision

Start by making a pros and cons list.

Write down all the possible actions you can take in a column.

Then, in a separate column, write down the good and bad aspects to help you make the decision.
If the bad outweighs the good, then it's a clear decision to NOT pick that action!

This will help you narrow down the choices and focus on one good decision.
6. Have an accountability partner or Commit publicly

Accountability means you should share your goals and your progress with someone.

Ask them to tell you when you are making excuses.

If you are answerable to someone you take action more seriously.
7. Take Action

Start small today, go big tomorrow.

If you don't feel like doing it, the best thing to do is to start anyway.

Get into the flow and trust the process.
8. Treat yourself to something special

Buy yourself a small present to treat yourself once you reach your goal.

Put up pictures of things you want to purchase or places you want to visit.

This will remind you of your goals and will help push you to finish.
9. Get enough sleep

A good night’s rest helps to recharge your body and mind and can make a world of a difference when waking up in the morning.

Every night, before you sleep, write down 3 things that you want to accomplish the next day.

It helps to stay more productive.
10. Break down bigger things into smaller ones

The limitations that you think you have are just an illusion.

Don't look at the horizon. You will lose heart if you do.

Just focus on the first small step and then the next and then the next!
