Here's why this 👇is BS propaganda:
North Korean sentenced to death after students caught watching Squid Game…
2/"Sources in that report said that the show’s dystopian world -- in which marginalized people are pitted against one another in traditional children's games for huge cash prizes and losing players are put to death -- resonates with North Koreans in risky occupations and insecure
That might be plausible except that DPRK's own official website Arirang Meari gives a purely objective scathing critique on Squid Games as encapsulating everything wrong w/ South Korean capitalism. The WSJ reports:
4/A North Korean propaganda website said “Squid Game,” Netflix’s top-watched show in more than 90 countries, “gained popularity because it exposes the reality of South Korean capitalist culture”…
5/"But one nation isn’t giving rave reviews: North Korea.

A North Korean propaganda website, Arirang Meari, reported on what the international response has been to the South Korean survival drama. Viewers have been drawn to a show that highlights the “sad reality of a beastly
6/"South Korean society” that adheres to the “law of the jungle,” the Tuesday article says.

“‘Squid Game’ gained popularity because it exposes the reality of South Korean capitalist culture,” the article says. The show illustrates “a world where only money matters—a hell-like
There exists no mainstream corporate media like MSNBC & CNN in DPRK that gets away w/ reporting "fake news" on a daily basis b/c DPRK doesn't abide by the tenets of capitalism. As a socialist country news is distributed thru state orgs but that doesn't mean it's
8/propaganda. The US, a capitalist country, pushes propaganda thru orgs like Radio Free Asia. Arirang Meari (labeled a "propaganda" org) is clearly informing the DPRK citizenry about the pitfalls of ROK's capitalism - “a world where only money matters—a hell-like horror.”
9/This is a typical statement of a people who believe that a "dictatorship of the proletariate" is a better system than a "dictatorship of the bourgeoisie". The "sources in the report", or, "a source in law enforcement in North Hamgyong province" would have you believe that
10/Squid Game "resonates w/ North Koreans in risky occupations and insecure positions". Yet WSJ reports that Arirang Meari reported that "Squid Game gained popularity b/c it exposes the reality of South Korean capitalist culture,"...The show illustrates "a world where only money
11/"matters - a hell-like horror"."
It's more plausible that RFA made this story up than for the story to be true. Does RFA have a Rolodex of NK informants embedded in all tiers of DPRK society it just calls up by phone to get a scoop? Like the "source in law enforcement in North
12/"Hamgyong province"? I'm not buying it. I'd bet that its 100% concocted fiction manufactured for propaganda purposes to defame DPRK's character w/ malice in order to bolster US's strategic objective w/ DPRK.

Your EV might be carbon neutral, but the electricity used to charge it isn't…

Grid-Powered EV Charging Stations…
"We'll rip the band-aid off now: the most common charging station power source is natural gas. It’s cheap, abundant, and accessible. But not all electricity is generated by fossil fuels alone, as charging stations are
2/"connected to “the grid.”"
A smart capitalist country should work towards carbon neutrality using renewable energy, alternative fuels & innovative technological solutions & every shape or form. The misconceived Green New Deal focuses solely on EVs and its gaping flaw is that
3/the power source for EV charging stations is THE GRID. That grid where 40% of the electricity is generated by natural gas & 19% by coal that the homesteader renounces when living off the grid. Biden Admin & AOC virtue signal to the world that Americans driving EVs are carbon

@washingtonpost Because we all need to drive an EV ;-)
@washingtonpost 2/Will Biden & the WH insist that it isn’t about freedom, or safety, but about everyone “paying their fair share” as he hangs w/ his billionaire buddy on holiday? The idea of putting US oil & gas out of business and using high gas prices to get people to
@washingtonpost 3/switch to EVs is insane. One, it sabotages US national security by making US energy dependent on OPEC, Russia & other nations. Two, the GND is a completely misconceived strategy. Americans want freedom of choice in the cars they drive & their power sources. US auto & gas

The narrative that America is “systemically racist” b/c of white supremacy is DPP (Democratic Progressive Party) propaganda. It is being used to defame Trump who, in politics, has shown no racism.
Systematic Deception - Trailer 1

debunks this lie.
2/Racists are a minority in America. Racist individuals don’t make an entire country racist. Bad apples don’t make the tree bad. That white racists killed Arbery doesn’t mean that non-racist Americans are racist. There are more Americans who aren’t racist than racist Americans.
3/Non-racism then should defeat racism in the USA. We should be working to mitigate/reduce racism to a minimum instead of claiming the entire country's racist b/c of white supremacy. That just fans the flames of racism by making you think the whole country’s racist when it isn't.

America's words on Taiwan can no longer be trusted…

When Moon Jae-in visited Pyongyang on 20 Sept 2018 and give a speech in May Day Stadium, every North Korean was optimistic that relations b/t the two Koreas were improving.
One People, Two Korean Nations: Moon Jae-in's Address at May Day Stadium...
2/And the propaganda posters reflected the people's hopes. The ideological divide b/t DPRK & the USA is illustrated by their use of propaganda. US propaganda uses falsehood to shape public opinion to serve the national interest. DPRK propaganda makes no bones about its national
