Difficult to prove anything, but certainly raises suspicions.
@Ticklicker56 @Biorealism Interestingly, the E protein and nsp7 of ZC45 are 100% identical to those of SARS-COV-2.

Even Holmes (Wu et al., 2020) listed ZC45 as closest in Feb 2020 until the RaTG13 full genome was published in March

What's unusual is that Wu & Holmes (2020) did NOT inlcude the RdRp of SC2 in the analysis

Holmes definitely knew of the RdRp of RaTG13 (4991) and RaTG13's sequence since 2018

1. This increases the validity of the genetic finding

2. This isolate is highly similar to the wild type isolate 2019-nCoV/USA_WA1/2020
