UPPER CASTE MUSLIM disdain for benefit of constitutional reservations to Pasmanda Muslims

Understanding dirty & castest hidden hatred & jealously of Upper Caste Muslims towards PASMANDA CASTE MUSLIMS (ST/OBC Muslims) regarding benefit of reservations.

Jammu & Kashmir & Lakshadweep are India's only Muslim majority administrative enclaves ( Union Territories). While entire Malayali speaking Muslim fishermen community of Lakshadweep islands have been categorized as STs, J&K is home to diverse and large Muslim STs.

In J&K, Gujjar & Bakarwal with population of 2.5 million are largest Muslim ST community of India.

J&K also has other Muslim ST communities like Dard Shina STs of Kashmir Valley. Within Kashmiri speaking community, shepherd community of Choppan Muslims are demanding ST status.

ST status compared to BC/OBC status gives more constitutional & legal benefits as well as access to government welfare schemes.Eyeing to steal & loot these constitutional benefits extended to MUSLIM STs of J&K, upper caste Muslims of Jammu region want ST status for themselves too

Upper Caste Muslims of Jammu (ethnically different from Kashmiri people) are converts from Hindu Rajput & Kshatriya castes and often use surnames like "KHAN" & "MUGHAL". They have been fighting to include their community as ST for a long time. But they extremely privileged group.

Gujjar & Bakarwal Muslim ST community has been fighting inclusion of Upper Caste Muslims of Jammu as STs, which will effectively dilute constitutional benefit of reservations to Muslim STs of J&K.

Upper Caste Muslims of Jammu created fraudulent & fake category for themselves called "PAHARI MUSLIMS" to push their case of inclusion as STs.The government has included them as "BC" in J&K OBC list. But Upper Caste Muslims of Jammu are not satisfied with that.They want ST status

Upper Caste Muslims of Jammu ("Pahari Muslims") are essentially jealous to the core of the rapid social,educational & economic rise of Gujjar & Bakarwal Muslim STs who have now pushed even UC Dogras of Jammu & UC Kashmiri in capturing most Civil Service seats from J&K for decade.

Gujjar & Bakarwal Muslim STs have benefited most from constitutional benefit of reservations, which has drastically improved their educational & economic status. They are seen as inspiration even by Hindu Gujjarcommunity of North India, which is still backward in most indicators

PAHARI MUSLIMS have not given up and they are aggressively lobbying both with Amit Shah and BJP to include them as ST. In recent visit by Amit Shah of J&K, the cunning & greedy community leaders of PAHARI MUSLIMS went to meet Amit Shah dressed in traditional attaire of Gujjar STs

Gujjar & Bakarwal Muslim ST community saw this pathetic, juvenile and desperate attempt by Upper Caste PAHARI MUSLIM leaders to pass themselves as Gujjars in front of Amit Shah, by donning "libas" or traditional attaire of Gujjar & Bakarwal community.

Lastly,

Thread is all about, how far shamelessly "Pahari Muslims" went to even "look like" Gujjars to steal constitutional benefits of their own fellow Muslims. Gujjar community is today far more emancipated & is determined to fight these shenanigans of Upper Caste Muslims.
