This past month, 4 federal courts have halted President Biden’s illegal COVID vaccine mandates.

Now, he claims the power to order Americans returning to the US—including those vaccinated and who test negative for COVID—to quarantine for 7 days?

Hell. No. washingtonpost.com/health/2021/11…
1. Does this 7-day quarantine of American citizens returning to the United States, enforced with fines and penalties, apply to government officials and the reporters who travel with them?

2. Does it apply to illegal economic migrants flooding across our Southern Border?
On Day One, Biden blasted Trump—and lifted his travel restrictions on foreign nationals from the Middle East and Africa.

Now, with no scientific basis, Biden:

1. Banned travelers from 8 African countries.

2. Quarantining returning Americans?

Hell. No.

The American Heart Association published “a Warning” about the health risks from COVID vaccines.

ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ci…

Twitter is censoring that health warning.

We must end vaccine mandates.

Let us do our own cost-benefit analysis — and make our own health decisions. ImageImage

So under new Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal’s reign in his first week, Twitter:

1. Implemented a censorship regime to ban videos that could undermine Democrat political narratives.

2. Censored the American Heart Association for publishing a study on health risks from COVID vaccines.
Here is the American Heart Association link that Twitter is censoring: ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ci…

The Senate is voting today on the nomination of Rachel Rollins to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.

She’s a Soros-funded politician, who’s currently the District Attorney in the Boston area.

She’s pro-criminal, anti-victim, anti-cop.

Terrible pick.
Now @SenateDems will waste limited and valuable floor time on an extremely polarizing nominee.

@SenateGOP must continue to fight against these U.S. Attorney picks who are outside of the mainstream and lack bipartisan support.

2020 proved that woke prosecutors are very dangerous
This is a really important and courageous speech by @SenTomCotton.

He lays out why Soros-backed prosecutors — like Boston DA Rachael Rollins — are dangers to America.

We need more senators, like @TomCottonAR, to stop being rubber stamps to radicals.

Dear @AOC:

The allegations made against Kavanaugh were thoroughly investigated by both Senate and FBI investigators.

Contrary to your claim, there was no corroborating evidence.

In fact, one of Ford’s witnesses contradicted her—and said she felt pressured to change her story.

1. The federal government only has specific and enumerated powers.

Where in the U.S. Constitution does the federal government have the power to tell states that they cannot regulate abortions?

2. How did this (imaginary) “Abortion Industry Protection Clause” get added in 1973?
3. Under the doctrine of stare decisis, what other unconstitutional powers do federal officials get to keep?

4. Why do the same liberal activists who treat stare decisis as sacred in abortion cases ignore it when it doesn’t suit their political purposes, like in gun-grab cases?
5. How do state governors have unilateral power to control so many aspects of our lives to “protect us” from COVID (like forced vaccinations,
closing private businesses, banning travel) — but state legislatures (somehow) can’t regulate abortion?

Cheers to Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron for winning a major victory today against President Biden’s vaccine overreach.

U.S. District Court Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove agreed that Biden doesn’t have the legal authority to impose vaccine mandates on federal contractors.
Thread on all 4 federal-court losses for President Biden and his vaccine mandates just this month:
Democrat politicians, with their COVID overreach, are going to experience a major backlash against federal-government power.

In the 4 orders just this month striking down President Biden’s vaccine mandates, federal courts are raising serious constitutional concerns.

Great sign.
