38.5% of deaths among homeless people were related to drug poisoning in 2020 (265 estimated deaths).

London and the North West had the highest numbers of deaths registered in 2020, with 143 (20.8% of the total number) and 126 (18.3% of the total number) estimated deaths of homeless people respectively ow.ly/FvFm50H0AlH
