10 threads on how to 200x your audience πŸ‘‡πŸ§΅
0. Decide to commit

Committing to Twitter is a big decision you must take.

Take it consciously and understand the consequences.

That's the first step on growing your audience and building a community.

1. Create great content

After you've deciding to commit, learn how to create great content.

Great content creates value.

Whatever it it because it saves people's time or teach them something they didn't knew already.

2. Experiment often

As soon as you start to create content you'll have to start making experiments.

The goal?

Finding your niche.

Shoot in different directions at first to understand what resonates with people.

This was my first "viral" thread πŸ‘‡

3. Document your journey

The best way to have someone to follow you is by building trust.

And what's the best way to build trust?

Showing consistency.

Share your learnings by documenting your journey.

4. Find Role Models

The journey will be long and for that you must look for role models.

Both @AliAbdaal and @aaditsh are huge inspirations to me - on YT and Twitter respectively.

Understand how to learn from them, even if you can't reach them.

5. Find balance in your daily life

I work full-time @Deloitte so I had to find hacks and tricks to be present without being here.

Find how to balance your full-time work with your side-hustle or you'll burn out fast.

6. Look for ideas outside Twitter

To create content we have to get good ideas.

The best way to find them? Look for it in other platforms and formats.

7. Find ideas on blogs

Blogs play a big role in the type of content I create.

Find a few of them and follow them through. Read them often.

You'll incorporate writing traits from your favorite online writers.

8. Learn how to use Analytics

Analytics gives us an extra leverage when it comes to create content.

Why?

Because it helps us understand what's working, allowing us to double down on that.

Using Analytics is the best way to find your niche.

9. Everything's about a good story

Storytelling is the ultimate form of writing well.

Our brains love stories and because of that, you should incorporate storytelling in your threads too.

It makes everything easier.

10. Expand your Niche

Since I've started on Twitter that I knew I wanted to expand my niche.

I want to help creators leverage Web 3.0.

When you feel you're ready, expand your niche.

Watch out: making this move too soon can ruin your odds for success

WTF are DAPPs?

Companies like:

β€’ VISA
β€’ Apple
β€’ Twitter
β€’ Netflix
β€’ EPIC Games, and many more are on the verge to be disrupted.

Here's how Decentralized Applications will take over.

DAPPs 101: it's time to build πŸ‘‡πŸ§΅ Image
0. What are Decentralized Applications (DAPPs)?

The simplest way to explain it is by saying that:

DAPPs are decentralized applications built on top of the Blockchain.

Instead of being managed by a Company, they are managed by multiple people, making them peer-to-peer...⬇️
1. But why do we need DAPPs?

πŸ‘‰ "To f*ck big companies." Muahaha

Ok sorry, just joking here πŸ˜…

Let's see the following analogy:

Assuming the Blockchain is a PC and Ethereum is our Operative System (like Windows ok?), then we need to have HOW to interact with Windows ...⬇️

WTF is DeFi?

Let's break it down πŸ€‘

DeFi 101: decentralized money πŸ‘‡πŸ§΅
Disclaimer: none of this is financial advise, just educational content with educational purposes.

If you don't know already what Blockchain is, please start here πŸ‘‡

Let's start....⬇️
0. What is DeFi?

The easiest way to explain it is that:

DeFi is a term for decentralized financial products and services accessible to anyone on the Blockchain.

Instead of going to a Bank, we can now have access to financial services provided by people around the world...⬇️

WTF are NFTs?

Non-fungible tokens - NFTs - what a buzzword.

Let's break it down.

NFTs 101: glorified JPEGs worth $1,000,000s πŸ‘‡πŸ§΅
0. What are NFTs?

The easiest explanation is that:

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are unique tokens linked to digital (and sometimes physical) benefits which provide proof of ownership.

"Wait, but what the f*** means Non-fungible?
And what are Tokens?"...⬇️
1. Main definitions

Ok, let's drill it down:

Fungible: means that in case you trade something for something you'll get the exact same result.

Eg.: a bitcoin is fungible β€” trade one for another bitcoin, and you’ll have exactly the same thing: one bitcoin ...⬇️
