If you’re in the DC area and see Penske, UHaul, or similar trucks that aren’t filled with freight, take out your camera and start filming. That’s how the Patriot Front typically gets in and out of the city. They’re likely staying at a private residence in nearby rural/suburbs.

DC Police are providing escort. If they watch them get into the back of box trucks and don't immediately pull them over, they're complicit. Time of sunset in DC was 4:45pm today. They're likely not far if event is over.

This video is live (6:00pm EST) and they're marching to WWII memorial under police escort. If @DCPoliceDept allow them to pile into box trucks (break the law) to get away, DC Police would be complicit in allowing US most-active hate group.

Within a few blocks of WW2 Memorial there are several box trucks staged nearby. If you're a local anti-fascist activist, it's time to start getting out with your camera.

Box trucks confirmed. Patriot Front is loading up right now at the south west end of Arlington Memorial Bridge. Cops are just watching, keeping press and bystanders away as PF breaks the law.

Right now Patriot Front is standing in formation, filming with neo-nazi propaganda outlet "Media2Rise." They'll be producing videos that are meant to depict @DCPoliceDept and @ArlingtonVaPD as aiding them. It's a shame, because that appears to be the case as they load into trucks

I would urge local residents who get citations for things like not wearing a seatbelt to show the court this video. Equal protection under the law should mean that cops don't allow anyone to load dozens into the back of moving vans. This is pathetic.

Here's what Patriot Front thinks about the law enforcement officers who are protecting them right now:

Patriot Front leader Thomas Rousseau, in his own words: "there are no good police. I don't care what happens to them. Neither should you. We aren't conservatives. The police institution absolutely does conflict with your beliefs"

For context, Thomas Rousseau is the only one who goes by his real name. The rest fall in line and follow using pseudonyms.

"Yes I identify as a fascist... let me show you by my actions."

Then Tommy goes on to say they're "unique" and ideologically fluid.

Patriot Front's long-term goal is genocide. They believe they will "purge" non-whites from the US, and like other neo-nazi groups, believe that through violence and intimidation they can create a white ethnostate starting in the north eastern states.

IMPORTANT: The first video that I quote-tweeted came from an inauthentic account.

Mea culpa. This is something I was immediately suspicious of but the thought was fleeting.

Several things to take note of with the fake account:
1) The profile photo is AI generated
2) The name is of a person that does not exist
3) The account was just created this month to appear as a local DC resident interested in local DC politics

4) The tweet thread with video of Patriot Front tagged local politicians, local press, and popular extremism docu-streamers (@BGOnTheScene) to gain attention... despite low follower count - it worked
5) The original tweet with video was posted from Twitter Web, not Twitter Mobile

6) The tweet falsely declared that there were "500" members of Patriot Front present, a very clear over-count by orders of magnitude, which was meant to create more fear in the community than the real facts would

Now, it was my bad for quote-tweeting the account after having been suspicious of it. I should have sought and amplified another, authentic account. My objective last night was to get people on the ground to mobilize and gather evidence of Patriot Front's activity.

At this point, the damage is done, so deleting would be counter-productive.

Moving forward: I'm contacting folks in government to ensure that data related to the suspicious account and this particular video/tweet are retained by Twitter so that investigators can study it.

I **do not have direct evidence** that this account is related to any foreign entity -- but I have my suspicions.

Back in January 2019 @donie wrote about how the viral video about the Covington student on the Lincoln Memorial steps was from bogus account

Second option is that Media2Rise and/or Patriot Front affiliates created this fake account specifically for this event and followed in the playbook of foreign intelligence services to amplify their own propaganda.

Or, third - Media2Rise is coordinating with foreign intel service
