When the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade before the end of June, it won’t outlaw abortions nationwide.

State legislatures will decide how to regulate the abortion industry in their own state—like almost all other industries.

That’s how our Constitution is supposed to work.
Democrats killed their 2 best political arguments:

1. “Women” got replaced by “Birthing Persons”

2. From “My Body, My Choice” to “Vaccine Mandates and Firings”

If you don’t like COVID restrictions, move to Florida.

If you don’t like abortion restrictions, move to California.
Since September 1, Texas largely outlawed abortions after 6 weeks.

Any reports of women dying in back alleys?

We’ve had executive privilege since America’s founding, so that any President can have candid discussions with top aides.

Democrats are demanding privileged communications from President Trump’s chief of staff—his top aide.

So @WHCOS @RonaldKlain can expect the same after 2024.
Very excited for Republicans to reclaim the House.

There are many unanswered questions from former Obama White House and Justice Department officials, along with former Vice President Dick Cheney and his aides.

Executive Privilege doesn’t count anymore.
I served in GWB’s White House Office of Political Affairs.

We (definitely) remember the (necessary) political headaches following the principled, aggressive pushes of Executive Privilege by Vice President Dick Cheney—a former White House chief of staff—to protect the Presidency.

Biden’s 5th Legal Loss on Vaccine Fiats:

U.S. District Judge Stan Baker ordered President Biden to halt his vaccine mandate for federal contractors, holding that Biden likely violated federal law.

Cheers to Georgia Attorney General @ChrisCarr_Ga.

Thread on all 5 federal-court rulings against President Biden’s illegal COVID-vaccine mandates:
Judges must strike down Biden’s vaccine mandates for federal employees, especially the military.

The President doesn’t have the power to order vaccine mandates—especially not unilaterally.

Even if he did, his fiats are “arbitrary & capricious,” as they ignore natural immunity.

.@CNN has known since at least May 20 (7+ months ago) that @ChrisCuomo has no qualms using his CNN perch and power to retaliate against survivors of his politician-brother’s serial workplace sexual abuse.

Yet CNN put profits over ethics—and created a hostile workplace for women.
.@jdawsey1 from @washingtonpost was the journalist who broke this @ChrisCuomo scandal on 5/20.

Courageous on Josh Dawsey’s part to take on sacred cows in the media.

I respect pain-in-the-ass journalists—when they’re a pain in the ass to all sides. (He definitely is.)

The American Heart Association published “a Warning” about the health risks from COVID vaccines.

ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ci…

Twitter is censoring that health warning.

We must end vaccine mandates.

Let us do our own cost-benefit analysis — and make our own health decisions.
Please join our fight against COVID vaccine mandates:

So under new Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal’s reign in his first week, Twitter:

1. Implemented a censorship regime to ban videos that could undermine Democrat political narratives.

2. Censored the American Heart Association for publishing a study on health risks from COVID vaccines.
Here is the American Heart Association link that Twitter is censoring: ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ci…

The Senate is voting today on the nomination of Rachel Rollins to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.

She’s a Soros-funded politician, who’s currently the District Attorney in the Boston area.

She’s pro-criminal, anti-victim, anti-cop.

Terrible pick.
Now @SenateDems will waste limited and valuable floor time on an extremely polarizing nominee.

@SenateGOP must continue to fight against these U.S. Attorney picks who are outside of the mainstream and lack bipartisan support.

2020 proved that woke prosecutors are very dangerous
This is a really important and courageous speech by @SenTomCotton.

He lays out why Soros-backed prosecutors — like Boston DA Rachael Rollins — are dangers to America.

We need more senators, like @TomCottonAR, to stop being rubber stamps to radicals.
