In the last month, I’ve spent over $100k on highly profitable products to sell on Amazon - here’s how
//Thread
There’s a lot of different ways to sell on Amazon.
Personally I’m deep into online arbitrage - buying from everyday retailers and flipping on Amazon
But one thing is universal among all the models I’ve tried on Amazon
The key to making a killing on Amazon is SPENDING
That’s it - even if you have to lower your profit standards.
Unspent inventory dollars is the worst thing you can do
So where do you find things to spend profitably on?
Literally everywhere
My biggest supplier over the last year is Walmart, mostly buying stuff at retail price and replenishing when it sells through
You can use Tactical Arbitrage or manually searching through other Amazon storefronts to make a KILLING
But that’s not how I was able to spend so much this month
Retail price replenishables are a great baseline, but going to be difficult to run to massive scale without a lot of them
The key to this level of spending was being able to trust the data
During Black Friday/Cyber Monday, sales were everywhere
I spent over $20,000 on a listing I had never sold before
For many, they would have to run test buys, but by that point, the sale would have been over
That’s where the data comes into play
Being able to read and fully know everything about the product just by looking at the Keepa chart was essential
The listing had over 5,000 sales per month with 25 sellers, but only 7 of them were getting sales (Keepa buy box rotation 👀)
Because of my interpretation of this Keepa chart, I was able to confidently purchase almost 1,000 units that have already started netting me over 50% ROI
Learn Keepa like your life depends on it, because your Amazon business does
The data doesn’t lie, use every aspect of it to make the best decisions possible
