Reading the MACC papers leaked by RPK on Ambank and Zeti.

Blood vommitting seeing the robbery by various banks, middlemen, large and reputable legal firms and of course Zeti and Nor Mohamed Yackop. Zeti's husband pocketed more than RM100 million!

Fcuk, the MACC report says MOF has been paying all interest payments for Sukuk issued by 1MDB from 2009 (very beginning) till 2018 (the end of BN). And MACC says MOF never raised any issue. The scoundrel Irwan Serigala in MOF!

MACC affirms that Zeti knew of the RM2.6 billion coming into Najib's account and she oked Ambank to receive it. Oh My! Hussain Najadi. Rest In Peace. You did not receive justice in this world but certainly in akhirat.

If this was the only paper MACC submitted to Tommy Thomas, Tommy Thomas was right in saying the investigations were not complete. MACC only talks about money transfer but no details on why they were transferred.

But Tun M and Muhyiddin's credibility goes deeper down the ravine for retaining Zeti despite her traitorous act.

1) Aminvestment as Facilitation fees for IMTN RM5 billion - RM10.2 million (including Shariah advisor fee of RM80k)
Note: A robbery also need Shariah advisor according to these bankers)

2) On top of the above, Ambank also made a profit of RM71 million by reselling IMTN. Total profit that group made amounted to RM81 million.

3) MACC paper alleges that Ambank CEO Cheah Tek Kuang had a close relationship with Zeti. One of the guy who benefitted from IMTN as a secondary subscriber was Cheah Tek Seng. Are they brothers? Interestingly, one Cheah Teik Seng was appointed as Maybank director in 2019.

4) MACC alleges that the guy who paid Nor Mohamed Yackop's proxy was Cheah Tek Seng. No name of the proxy and no amount stated. And sorry, the Maybank appointment was not in 2019 but 2009. Robbers are appointed to guard banks in Malaysia. theedgemarkets.com/article/flash-…

5) While Nor Mohamed Yackop's proxy is not named, we know he is Shaik Akmal, who is one of the founder of Malaysian Insider.

7) While the MACC paper dont mention the amount pocketed by Nor Mohamed Yackop's proxy, from reports elsewhere I can deduce it to be at least RM85 million.

8) The money Zeti's Husband and NMY's proxy received were from the RM600 million initial loot secured by Jho Low including Cheah Teik Seng through bond mispricing. Deliberately paying us only RM4.4 billion when the amount 1MDB borrowed was RM5 billion with taxpayers' guarantee.

9) Even before they could raise money from IMTN in 2009, they secured a Syndicated Loan of RM2.5 billion from AmInvestment and Standard Chartered Bank. AmInvestment pocketed RM10.65 million as Arranger Fee. Standard Chartered pocketed RM4.35 million as Arranger Fee.

10) Adnan Sundra & Low pocketed RM95k as legal fee. The PetroSaudi criminals pocketed RM1.571 billion. (And from here, Jho Low, Najib and Riza Aziz pocketed billions for themselves. As you can see, the lion's share went to Najib and Jho Low).

11) 1MDB went on to do more drawings from bank. Remember, they can get loan up to RM4.4 billion thanks to IMTN of RM5 billion. Isharidah, Ho Chong & Menon were paid RM294 million (Details not described)
MARA got RM63 million.
Deutsche Bank got RM40 million.

Najib is trying to paint himself as a victim here. Far from it, this paper further confirms Najib is the mastermind. So much shit happened. What did he do when he had power? Close down all 1MDB and SRC Investigations.

Najib is trying to use Mahathir administration's attempt to exclude or disinterest to pursue Zeti from the investigations and with that trying to confuse his gullible followers and attempting to provide a cover line for courts to release him.
