Throwing out some clips from the Dubs' blowout against the Orlando Magic last night, as we got a big dose of the whole roster.

With Kevon coming to screen Cole Anthony's left, Mo Bamba follows him, and Steph spins in the opposite direction to get the open three. Nasty stuff
Jordan Poole's start/stop ability is just incredible. With Gary Harris not anticipating the Draymond screen, there's no chance for Orlando to stop this bucket
Great slow-mo shot of Jordan Poole using the eye/head fake to get Gary Harris up in the air before dropping the pass off to Gary Payton II
A quick behind-the-back dribble into Draymond’s screen forces the switch onto Franz Wagner (more on him later), but the important part is Dray switching on to RJ Hampton. Backs down deep position and Poole drops in the entry pass, then Dray goes up strong on the mismatch
A beautiful read by Juan Toscano-Anderson off the split screen action to find the brief window Gary Payton II has, who drops it off to Nemanja Bjelica around the defense for the easy layup
Tidy little gravity play by Steph, who immediately draws both defenders on the handoff while Bjelica leaks to the strong corner. Too easy of a look
Look how much space is between Steph and RJ Hampton after he plants his foot to relocate to the break. Chuma Okeke is forced into a panic contest and clips Steph’s hand
Again Jordan Poole’s start/stop skills are causing problems for Orlando. Uses a great secondary Draymond hip screen to get the space he needs from Cole Anthony and pulls up in front of Wendell Carter Jr.’s drop
As @samesfandiari brought up last night, the Dubs are 11-0 when Poole has 4+ assists. So many of them come on dump-offs when he bends the defense drastically to allow room for cuts. Look how quickly the defense collapses on his drive, and Damion Lee’s great cut makes it easy
I love watching Andrew Wiggins’ defensive intensity on his hot scoring nights. He plays with so much energy when confident. Stunts here to deter Wendell Carter Jr. from the drive and recovers to contest Chuma Okeke’s three
Look how Steph uses his eyes and body to fake the defense and prevent anyone from seeing how open the lane is, aside from Draymond Green. Beautiful weight on this pass to drop it in the bucket for the layup
Looney pump fake alert @GSWReddit!!!

Really pretty pass from Jordan Poole to find Loon in stride over the defense, who manages to get both Franz Wagner and Mo Bamba in the air to secure the free throws
Man, what a touch pass by Draymond to find the open Steph, using his reload dribble to get through the flying closeout before sticking the three
I love watching Steph split doubles. So instinctive and an incredible user of small spaces given to him. Though the Draymond floater is a bit short
Filthy skip pass from Steph across the tilted defense to find Andrew Wiggins, who was absolutely scorching in the third quarter
I like this version of the elevator through the middle of the defense, with Jordan Poole setting the initial down screen to free up Wiggins to move before Draymond's screen walls off Franz Wagner, allowing Wiggs to dribble into another easy three
Yes, that’s 6’3” Gary Payton sneaking underneath the 6’10” Wendell Carter Jr. before snatching the rebound out of his 7’5” wingspan. A few swings throw the defense out of whack, and finds Wiggins for yet another clean look from three
Poor Mo Wagner never really stood a chance here, body-bumping Jonathan Kuminga on the drive who floats up a shot for the and-one. His body control after absorbing contact, on the whole, is very, very impressive
Steph tries to get the steal on an unsuspecting Mo Wagner, which leaves the defense at a disadvantage when he’s unsuccessful. Chuma Okeke recognizes the mismatch and tries to take Otto Porter Jr to the rack. A surprisingly emphatic block on the floater from OPJ.
What a beautiful outlet pass from Jordan Poole to find Jonathan Kuminga streaking down the floor for the open dunk
Getting the switch onto Mo Wagner, Poole goes to work. The backward hesitation step at the elbow creates a moment to get downhill, forcing Wagner to commit with him. Spins out into a beautiful fadeaway shot that Wagner has no chance of contesting
Kuminga gets his turn on Mo Wagner now, exploding by him to his right on the baseline before Wagner can flip his hips. Jumps around the far side of the rim to protect the shot after securing the contact to get the and-one layup
Jeff Dowtin sighting!!! Takes on Chuma Okeke in isolation, uses the nice push off to get separation at the elbow, and rises for the pull-up jump shot
It wouldn’t be a blowout thread without some Moses Moody flashes. Drives hard on Mychal Mulder, using the hard shoulder bump to create separation and faking high to extend out and get his layup through the defense

Every Warriors fan knows how Steph gets mauled shooting on a nightly basis, but last nights game against Portland was egregious. I watched every jump shot from both teams from last night to point out how ridiculously ignorant referees are of how Steph is defended. Threaded below.
First possession of the game, Steph uses the Kevon Looney screen to get freed at the break. Dennis Smith Jr. is able to mostly wiggle around it but catches Steph on the wrist. You can see him pull his arm back, the classic sign of guilt. No call.
Take your pick: Little clearly gets Steph on the wrist while also taking up a good chunk of his landing space. Directly in front of the ref. No call Image

Gonna thread some Emoni Bates clips here in anticipation of more #words

Wanted to qualify all of this by saying this entire Memphis offense is a mess, so starting with a clip that shows some of that. No movement, cutters, screens, everyone staring at the ball.
Emoni is pretty good at using his height on defense when in the lane. Denies any lane for a good shot or entry pass and forces the player into a tough hook shot off the glass
I get why people saw the Kevin Durant in Emoni Bates through his high school/youth circuit days. For a 6’9” wing this is some impressive control of his momentum to slow himself into a controlled shot.

Posting some Franz clips that stood out against the Dubs because he rocks and everyone should know about him.

Using the WCJ screen, Franz gets leverage on Wiggins and puts him in hip jail. That allows him to wait for WCJ to recover and seal off the paint, then he goes up for two
Great way to manipulate Jordan Poole's tag from the far side. When Franz drives, Wendell Carter dives, and that forces the tag on WCJ from Poole so that Draymond isn't 1v2 in the paint. Franz reads it all the way, firing the ball to the far corner for the open three
Another example of Franz's size, handle and patience getting him a layup. Switched on Jordan Poole, he already has the size mismatch, and WCJ vacates the paint along with Kevon Looney. Once Loon is out, Franz spins away from him and Draymond to go up strong over Poole for two

Now, time to recap Jon Kuminga's game against Charlotte last night.

He's brought in as a defender with 9 seconds in the 1st but stays in beginning the 2nd. The Dubs have done a great job rotating from the weakside to deny entry passes. Great job to break it up without fouling
I've said Kuminga ghosts screens too often, and he's rewarded when using his body. Sets a great screen on the fake handoff before diving into open space, and Iggy finds him. Rozier gets a strip on the way up, but the ball finds Steph, and then Jon. Waits out Plumlee for the layup
Kuminga has been excellent at leaking down the floor off of shot contests and loose plays. Here he closes out on Rozier who is looking for his own shot (and not McDaniels) all the way. Steph has his head up looking for the runner and rewards Kuminga, who flushes it down with two

Another Kuminga thread? Why not?

Kerr put him in for another early stint against the Bulls, again due to a lack of hustle and defensive energy. He's immediately put on DeRozan, who baits with the up-fake and gets him airborne for the foul. He's not the first victim or the last
I love his fight against Alize Johnson on the boards. Denies him the position on the baseline, and pushes him back out towards the free throw line. Gets a hand on the ball to tip it back and finish the defensive possession
Picks up DeRozan full court and does a fantastic job. Keeping pressure on him with his body, moving his feet in sync, and staying vertical with his hands. Iguodala is able to anticipate on the dig and block the shot

Jonathan Kuminga earned 3 rotation stints over the past 4 games, the first coming against Atlanta. Kerr injects him for energy and defense in a sluggish first. I'll thread the first game below.

Watch him track and affect this shot up the floor. The closing speed is incredible
A play I showed in my Steph vs. Atlanta thread, where Kuminga recognizes Collins has lost him and continues his momentum towards the hoop. Steph finds him with the entry pass and Reddish has no choice but to foul him
I'm no shot doctor but Kuminga's release needs a bit of work. I like his no-nonsense gather and commitment to track the flight of the ball off his release, which improves hand-eye in the long term. I do think shooting THAT high in front of his face makes it tough to find rhythm
