The idea is that just like in the physical world there are plenty of neglected properties online.
Many sites of course get listed on the usual marketplaces but at least just as many never end up there.
Sites not listed have the advantage that you don't have to participate in an auction and truly undervalued assets can be found.
So I had the idea that I can help people find these gems by automating the process I just learned about.
The project is an MVP but if there's sufficient interest I have many ideas to develop it further by adding different asset classes and additional signals that indicate a site has been abandoned.
All revenue from early-bird customers will be reinvested to add more data.
