I’m curious about the people that think the worst employees make the best founders, I feel like that’s not true
I’ll be contrarian and I’ll say the best founders usually were also great employees at companies
How do you think you’ll go from terrible employee to amazing founder? The traits that make you excel when working at a company will serve you well as you build a company
More often than not, successful founders excelled somewhere before founding their company..academically, professionally etc

- Scaling takes money
- Deep networks make everything easier
- What to look for in founding team members
- Distribution is key no matter how good you think your product is
- Clear Roles & Responsibilities from the onset for everyone involved
- Knowing what obstacles may come up and how to best tackle them the second time around

I see people talk about that online and offline, take care of yourselves
We tend to focus on what you can get from this industry, but we should also talk about what people have given up
