Things learned from my first swing right out of college
- Scaling takes money
- Deep networks make everything easier
- What to look for in founding team members
- Distribution is key no matter how good you think your product is
- Clear Roles & Responsibilities from the onset for everyone involved
- Knowing what obstacles may come up and how to best tackle them the second time around

I’ll be contrarian and I’ll say the best founders usually were also great employees at companies
