Ancient Kashi Vishwanath Temple,demolished by invaders & rebuilt several times is now coming up in a new form of KashiVishwanathDham,a conglomeration of over 40 ancient temples of marvel with temple of Lord Vishwanath at the nucleus 2/n

Built over a sprawling area of 5,000 hectares, the Dham has decongested the temple complex.
Multiple constructions such as temple Chowk, Varanasi city gallery, museum, multipurpose auditoriums, hall, devotee facilitation centre, public convenience have also been constructed 3/n

PM @narendramodi ji did the Bhoomi pujan on 5th Aug 2020. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, supervising the temple construction, plans to open it to devotees in Dec 2023 4/n

Article 370 gone, @narendramodi govt drew up a plan to reopen 50,000 temples closed in Kashmir

Some of the temples that had been closed for years included

1) Sun Temple at Martand in South Kashmir about 1500 years old 11/n

2) Nar Nag Temple which is 1500 years old temple of Lord Shiva in Tehsil Kangan of Ganderbal district.

3) Sheetaleshwar Temple is
a 2000 year old Sheetaleshwar Temple in Habba Kadal, Srinagar.

4) Kheer Bhavani Temple

PM @narendramodi Govt also sanctioned Rs 37.8 crores for developing the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple at Udaipur in Tripura.
The temple is being developed under the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spirituality Augmentation Drive (PRASAD) scheme of the ministry of tourism. 13/n

Dwarka - Another dream project is the longest sea bridge- a link between the old and new Dwarka that would benefit the people of Okha & Beyt (island) Dwarka & thousands of devotees who visited the temple of Lord Krishna at Beyt by crossing the sea by boat!

Return of Indian Idols- PM Modi has arranged for 55 idols, sculptures and paintings to be brought back from various foreign countries.
