Why are so many courts shutting them down? Because they are unconstitutional as hell! The infuriating thing is, the WH lawyers knew that when they drafted them. Hard-hat/hazmat‐spill law to force needles by the millions. What?!? 🤬

I say that above not to be hyperbolic but because of how serious of a line this is for many.
I know many others cant grasp why that would be, but its because the govt was forcing a needle without clearly articulating necessity (such as NI) and refusing open debate and scrutiny.
