Yes- Congress plans of stopping development of Ukd- by using NGO lobbies to stop this project- has failed.

FYI - Ravi Chopra, is a nephew of late Cong leader KrishnaKant and he owes his current status to largesse of projects he secured during his VPship!
This is huge- PM @narendramodi ‘s dream project of providing all weather connectivity in Ukd via CharDham and BharatMala projects worth 25000 crores were being blocked by Cong backed lobbyists and NGOs- SC has demolished this cozy club of Cong backed NGOs plan to stop proj!
No one can stop Ukd from making these words of PM @narendramodi a reality - no more resorting of courts to stop projects in Ukd!

Come 2025, I foresee PM @narendramodi boarding a train from YogNagri station at Rishikesh for his 1st stopover at Devprayag. I can visualise him walking down steps to confluence, taking the dip in holy Maa Ganga & offering prayers to Bhagwan Raghunath Ji, enroute Baba Kedar!
As it is inaugural train journey on newly opened Rishikesh-Karnprayag line, he will re-board the waiting train onwards, reaching & getting down at Gauchar; the MI17 in waiting will then take him to the abode of Baba Kedar and then to Bhagwan BadriVishal for puja & overnight stay!
Next day, a conference of all the CMs- majority BJP run- will deliberate on the development agenda for India for next 5 years, while celebrating the achievement of 5 trillion USD economy target!

Hindu renaissance means Bharat’s well being…..in every sphere.

Wo sab hoga!

I always wondered what led India to become a land of snake charmers & I found the quoted image & then I saw this 1999 clipping of PM @narendramodi - only a man who takes pride in the heritage of India will attempt transformation of Kashi to break myths….. long held myths
Belief that India is a land of snake charmers got crystallised thanks to such naked glorification of profession of a small Indian community. The damage was not irreparable but evidently our image took a severe beating;so much so that our achievements always get bracketed wd this Image
So much so that a man who held Indian foreign secretaryship until not long ago & led men/women responsible for working on Indian image/Indian interests abroad sees beauty in narrow dingy lanes of Kashi & consider its replacement as a disrespect to legacy- legacy of uncleanliness! ImageImage

I wonder how this masterpiece by India’s ace diplomat escaped my attention. Truly a masterpiece,Shyam Saran penned;not for commoners like us but for @ShekharGupta and to retire matter’s karmic debt of dissing - PM @narendramodi development model of placing Sanatan in the middle!
More than piece it was the end that was most amusing where Saran quoted Kabir-“Quit looking for me here & there, Iam always next to you.”

Amusing coz look who is saying all this abt finding God- someone for whom Sonia-Nehru Khandan is no less God & carrying their flag, bhakti!
In Saran’s own words, he found inspiration to write abt Kashi from the couple of months he spent during 60s with his widower uncle on his Kashi bas!

Curiously, 2 month old living made him expert on Kashi but life spent inforeign service cudnt make him an expert of geopolitics!
