Neville Anthony Mascarenhas was born in Belgaum, Karnataka on July 10, 1928. A Roman Catholic, he was educated at St Patrick’s College, Karachi, before joining Reuters in Bombay in 1948. He & his family stayed back in Pakistan after partition #Bangladesh50 #1971IndoPakWar
