Here's @kerrimonaghan1, a Sgt in West Mercia currently the force tactical lead for use of force and stop search. She joined #WeCops 18 months ago after cohosting a chat on #StopandSearch
And this is our resident academic, the brilliant @EmWilliamsOU
Still @kerrimonaghan1 🤪 I have really enjoyed the enthusiasm from hosts and guiding them through the chats and their amazement at what we can achieve. It’s great to see the chats make a difference and I’ve learnt a lot too - especially not to forget the hashtag 😁
Then we have @ktbg1 a Chief Super from TVP, who joined the team after hosting a chat on #DomesticAbuse a couple of years ago!
And this is @PCRotherham from up north 🤣 He does all our graphics as well as sorting out chats & gives us the lowdown on all things CID!
And then we have @WecopsCaroline who everyone knows! Enthusiastic & always with the frontline at heart, she knows everyone too 🤣 One of the first @WeCops team members she keeps us all organised!
And finally @ConstableXL who is missing in action today & will have to add his photo later! 🎄
@WeCops will return in 2022 into our 7th year with more chats, analysis, insights and connecting people.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to #WeCops and we wish you all a happy Christmas.

We did - We will be working with forces to understand what their community programmes look like, share best practice and ensure a common minimum standard is achieved.
You said –what does that data say? Do a video about the course & dispel any preconceived ideas about it.
We did –asking the Q as part of the annual national data return. Working with partners to produce a short ‘what to expect’ vid featuring instructors, students & stakeholders
